I love Hue, Lau Hai San, and Banh Xeo Ngon!!! I agree with all of the foods you mentioned here. However you should do a review on Banh Canh 3 Mien in SJ!!! Ever since my viet friend told me about it I couldn’t believe how freaking delicious it was. This should belong on the list too lol.

You will have a wonderful time! I got the hu tieu nam vang, with soup on the side (khô, meaning dry). I also ordered cháo quẩy (Chinese donut). 🤤

Westminster has the highest % of Viet population in the US. 😁 I think Viet food is better in OC!
San Jose =1 City only, thus < Orange County (Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Mid City = 5 smaller Cities concentration)
