OMG this looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not enough for me to fly across the country but if I'm out that way, I'm so there. I've lived in Vietnam and I love the authentic vibe of this food. I like that he doesn't dumb down the cuisine for US palates. YUM! Pho-zilla is a totally dope name for a dish.
As someone who inhales pho too fast and sits there sadly as she watches her friends eat at a normal pace.. I CAN DO IT. Edit: nvm, I just want regular pho
Why would Uncle Roger, a Chinese persona of a comedian, know a damn thing about Vietnamese food? Also, metal can indeed be used on hard-anodized nonstick cookware.
@6:33...that's a lie and fake...no one eats pho with egg in vn or anywhere. adiing eggs to hot noodle soup is a korean/japanese thing but not vietnamese. the egg would ruin the taste of the soup
Jack, are you even Vietnamese man!?!? They’ve been serving raw eggs with chicken pho in like forever! Sometimes on the side with hot pho broth, sometimes on top of all the goodness. Even though this is beef pho, but the owner just wanted to throw as many ingredients into the bowl just because it’s $95 😂
His recipe is not new. There are other Vietnamese restaurants serving lobster Pho and marrow bones years ago and his Banh Mi Chao is really authentic. But I can tell his high-quality ingredients esp. the beef.
I saw advertising look soo yummy I try last week with my 3 other sister not one like ( pho, bun bo hue)it it not bad but taste is mix not like the orginal taste around asian area ,if you Vietnamese not for you !
Love this guy and his food!
Give this man a cooking show!

You can find authentic Pho in the US. CA, NY, Virginia, Texas, Seattle and more.
The new one in SF looks kickass from the outside. I can't wait to try it soon.
Have to taste the Phozilla, looks great
All the best for Gao! What a nice vibe he sends into the world!

That is the ultimate superbowl.
Pho Dac Biet. 🤤
Don’t tell Uncle Roger that he uses metal spoon on nonstick pan😂😂😂
Maybe he will be impressed if he has a hidden bald uncle in the background that is never happy with him. He'd surely be Uncle Viet then.

Wow nhin ngon qua 👍
Gonna bring the family and try the phozilla.
I had the Phozilla. You need at least two people to eat the Phozilla and I still did not finish it. It was a lot of noodles.
Yeah, that look like for 4 people, I will eat the lobster tail and just some broth. hehehe
phozilla can feed like 3-4 people easy. so so good. so glad they finally open one in SF

Worth a try but pricey... id try it if i was in the area
It was UA-camr lovely Mimi who introduced us subscribers this awesome restaurant 🤤
Over rated and overpriced
Camera person and editing is terrible. They don’t have any closeups of the food!
I’m definitely gonna check out that place when I go CA

False many pho establishments in Vietnam serve egg yolk. You can look it up.
