ingredients:-.
1.5 kg mutton
Salt to taste
2 tsp kashmiri mirch masala
1 turmeric powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala and
whole spices
.500 gm onion
.100 ml oil
.300 gm tomato
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
chop coriander leaves
