Really solid compilation. Watching these compilation videos reminds me how much I enjoy watching SF4 even if I'm not great in the game. I just haven't felt the same excitement from SFV yet, I really hope V will bring the same level of excitement IV did for me. It's not even a year yet and I already miss it. I feel like Street Fighter 5 never caught on like 4 did. There was SO MUCH HYPE when 4 came out, and they delivered. There was a lot of hype for 5 too, and it looks visually beautiful but the fact that it came out without a Story mode killed it for a lot of fans.
There was a lot of hype, but I do also remember a good deal of evisceration SF4 faced, particularly by die-hard Third Strike players, in its first years. SFV's got some problems for sure, but so did SF4 really. It's nostalgic now but it's debut years weren't 100% smooth either.
