Is lumi something that you have? like for example, i have the Lumi to understand something, so i require 4 lumi to adopt tenacity III. or is it something that you spend? like, i spend 4 Lumi to adopt tanacity III.

Lumi is a "currency" you gain from different sources. You spend it at the Forum
