It seems to me that you were not at all interested in interviewing him, like all throughout the interview you seemed not at all interested and give off the vibe that you wished you were somewhere else. First of, the way you were sitting and interviewing Mr. Suresh Pillai was not at all polite or professional and rather than keeping eye contact with the interviewee you seemed distracted and seemed to be looking away from Suresh Pillai when he was looking at you and responding to your question.
