Wow!! Each word , EACH sentence and each subjects dealt in this post is accurate with my experience of Narcissist. I was in a dilemna of how to expose a narcisst spouse, . You post today has given me the framework of their exposure , mainly church , late night internet usage , happily married , and extremely polished narcisst who I couldn’t expose , but together with your post and my home work and their cheating with their ex. I have completed my work which took 18 months , I am still in silent treatment , which was imposed on me and I have flourished and enjoyed every minute of it . I encourage everyone to be in silent treatment . It’s very enlightening and useful if you are a goal oriented person like me . Again Thank You for the post !!!!!!!

Great video as always. But the closure THEY NEEDED 😮..plus. in my case it was never upgrades. It was DOWNGRADES....i always said too her a few times at the first couple Hoover mistakes. You will never have commitment because you want to do what you do. When you do. How you do it AND you'll walk over anyone to get what you want. You Lie. CHEAT. Steal AND Take....i do agree i did tell her you put the S in Selfish...Stay Educated AND Dedicated. Break the Trauma Bonding.....❤❤
