I know there are a lot of UA-camrs out there that make ball videos, but in my opinion, you guys do it the best. You can show the versatility of a ball with all hand positions, and speed adjustments. Bowl well at the WSOB

Appreciated your review. Just got the road today. It’s something else. Creates a lot of momentum down line. Needs a lot of speed from wet to dry but keeps you in control

Great video! I have a question about the layout. I thought for VLS the first two numbers had to add up to at least 6 3/4", so how does 4" x 1" x 4" work?
I don’t think Chris was thinking about the mass bias that clearly. Cg was probably about 1” rather than mass bias

The Road is going to be pretty strong in my bag than the Hy-Road. Hy-Road was a little bit angular for me.
"Get into game 2 and game 3 and don't want to move left ..." just described half the house bowlers in existence. 😂

Think night road is a little cleaner and definitely more angular
i haven't had a storm ball ina long time / my last one was the code red , i loved that ball a lot / shoot my 296 high league game with that , but the road just might be the ball that makes me buy a strom ball again :) ty for the great videos i always enjoy the info.

I feel like they are loving that P2 like color scheme these days. Coil has a similar color scheme as well if I remember.
Still crazy to me that Chris Barnes is aligned with Storm.
I still remember him being Brunswick and basically being the poster for them in the 90's and early 00's - I thought he'd never leave them.
He was huge into the 900G brand, was the main guy even designing balls with his inputs, so when Storm bought 900 he came on board. Now he has a motion for every scenario!

I love my all road and need to replace it but its 14lb so the core numbers would be very different. This one seems like way too much ball for what I'd need

@@rc07333 That is true. However, there is a ReX Pearl and a ReX Hybrid. Whether there's any difference between the two outside of naming convention, I don't know.
The choice of words in your script is precise and impactful. It's a testament to your ability to distill complex emotions into simple yet profound expressions.
That second number in the layout is not at all accurate. It’s definitely not a 1” mass bias, that’s not how symmetrical core mass bias after drilling works… the mass bias on that ball, is going to be 6.5” below the pin on a line through the thumbhole after drilling, as that is where the most asymmetry is after the interchangeable thumb hole drill bit took a massive chunk out of the core. Put it on a determinator and will spin up to a spot somewhere in that general vicinity below your thumb in that 2.59rg band and definitely not 1” from your axis lol.
Literally nobody on earth says their layout after drilling. Chris may have gotten confused by cg to axis rather than mass bias. But nobody is giving you the layout based on after drilling numbers

Pin down on symmetrical balls is a bad idea IMO. It does depend on your PAP and rev rate obviously.
