Love my v8. I don't remember ever being excited about a cleaning appliance in my life, but there you have it. It's also a very aesthetically pleasing appliance, which is bonus.

@@Hassan_9 I know I'm 4 months late now, but I don't think you'll get a response from the original commenter. My opinion: Yes, it's still very worth it if you can find it for a reasonable price. I got mine used and needing a new battery; threw one in and it ran for a solid 45+ minutes with the 50w toolheads on it. It works VERY well, it's aesthetically pleasing, it's fairly quiet, and it's portable.
If your James Dyson reading this I just wanted to let you know I have a dc33 and it's 15 years old and still works

I picked up a used one of these for $40. Works great but was obviously extremely dirty. Took it upon myself to take it completely apart and clean out all the dust and…. It’s done. But oh man, Dyson does NOT want you getting into these things!
Are the batteries better? Does it jam up less? Does it last more than three years?
Mine has 5 and still like new.
Bring a corded upright vacuum cleaner to Turkey. Dyson DC42 broke after 12 hours.

The vaccums don't work and are bulky and heavy. They are hard to clean and don't empty easily. You are better off buying something else

I ordered a purifier from Xiaomi. It may not be as good as the Dyson, but it cost 4.7 times less, as soon as I paid I received proof of purchase and the delivery date. Almost a month and a half ago I ordered an air purifier from Dyson, paid almost €700 and to this day there has been no confirmation of payment, no order, no refund, which I ended up asking for. Dyson, with this behavior you won't be able to sell anything or attract customers. That they work badly, I don't like it but I can still admit it, stealing my money can't be. They lost a customer but gained an enemy for life. There must be a group of people injured by Dyson.

A static charge can build up on the product when particles in the air stream move relative to the stationary parts of the product. The level of the static charge will depend on many factors including the type of material being vacuumed up and how dry the atmosphere is. Very dry atmospheres and fine dust can make the size of the discharge worse. Keeping your hands dry while cleaning, and wiping the bin down with a damp cloth prior to use can cut down on this.
Do you keep the vacuum in the docking station with the charger plugged in to the vacuum even after it’s fully charged? Does that kill the vacuums battery?

I am sorry but this is the UK customer service, I would advise to go on the Saudi Arabia Dyson website.
if I could buy again I would buy bosh with replacing battery but im stuck with dyson which has actual hoovering time +/- 20 mins. All the elements made out of see true plastic change the colour to mud grey after few times of using and impossible to clean up. Go and try to hoover your car like in the video and the machine is broken. This is Machine is only good to hoover the keyboard on your laptop or sofa and by the time you're done the battery is half empty.

Dyson Türkiye authorized service lost my vacuum cleaner, which was sent to the service under warranty. The device was not working properly since i bought. First i send it to the service, the service sent it back to my home without repairing it. I had to send it to the service again because it was still unusable, and they lost my device in the second service time! Did they specifically delay it until the warranty expired? This carelessness is unacceptable. they do not know where my vacuum is. I demand a new machine.

I bought lot of Dyson vacuum, but Dyson only care how to pickup the dust from the floor, they doesn’t care the the dust how to leave the vacuum machine! After one time use, outside dusty, high speed running motor will made electric static outside the machine dusty, inside the BIN, Dyson never care hairs and dust how to leave the BIN , they’re just think collect only, never think how to leave the BIN! first time, they are just give one small brush to clean up, right now installed brush inside the BIN to remove hairs and dust, but all the ideas just made lot of the hairs and dust go back to the room! I have Questions, why they don’t design a small paper bag inside the BIN to collect the dust and hairs? after just push this paper bag out, this idea will stop the dust and hairs go back to the Room again! buy the small bag need more expensive, but the user will accept!
