What is the accepted currency on St. Pierre? Enjoying your adventure...from the inside!
Generally, Canadian or USD is accepted, but it's officially the Euro, so that's what I used. Either as cash or when paying with my credit card.

Sir if I come Saint Pierre on visit visa can I get job and I can convert my visit visa into work permit
I am not sure. I would think it would be the same as going to France. It works of course depend on where your are coming from, and many other factors. The time is the year would certainly matter, as during the winter or non-tourist season, I can't imagine they're would be many jobs available at all.
