Echt heel vet! Respect voor de toewijding! Zelf ook met een nieuw project bezig. Doe er ieder jaar 1tje voor de lol. Vorig jaar een Phantom van schroot naar iets moois, nu een Aerox. Keep 2t alive zegmaar, altijd wel snel, maar onderklasse als ik dit weer zie! Ga je meteen volgen!

I am 42 and this is still awewome to watch! When i was 17 a friend of mine had an Aerox when it just came out. He had let it tuned by an profesional tuner at that time. I remembered when he showed us the tuned Aerox and let me and my friends drove it for the first time. We had no idea what the hell was going on haha. It was just insane. And we all had 70cc at that time. But a highly tuned Aerox with a LC Minarelli was just something else.

Sdeel 😂👍🏻 had wel sneller verwacht. DDL had een pia blokkie voor mij gemaakt een paar jaar geleden 21.6pk 70cc hebo evolution ding liep 143 GPS 😅
Hey ja klopt Sdeel. Ik denk dat piaggio altijd wel harder op top kan ivm over range. Deze heeft / had toen nog een std vertanding dus met deze maximale toeren zou ik een andere vertanding moeten nemen voor een hogere top.

ciao ahah si è veloce il massimo era 143 velocità calibrata con una marcia leggermente diversa. in questo video ho appena fatto montare un nuovo carburatore e ho fatto un giro veloce per vedere come andava. imposta qualche altro video ma questi sono quelli che piacciono di più alle persone...

@@R.D.G. i know i had mhr team replica 6t and out of the box already 16-17 hp.only never liked the exhaust ports bridge design.its very critical point for the piston.

@@R.D.G. mine mhr was modified by malossi itself so it can fitted on the stock crankshaft size without touching the engine.so it was very impressive but maintance was crazy.those piston rings had very short lifespan.anyway have fun with that little toy.

Are you using a stock water pump with that setup? How the hell isn't that bearing and plastic wheel flying apart! Seized up two pumps on my Aerox with a 70cc racing setup under just 100km of running, had to go with a Bosch electric water pump after that.

Stock jet is 12 mm when I start with mij 50cc i put an 21mm carb on it changed the membrane and right connected to the carb.
But I first had an 17.5 mm carb but wanted bigger and faster.

Well it's an tuned 70cc cilinder.
The hole setup is giving around the 25 hp depending witch gear ⚙️ I have in.
This video is sith the stock gear so it's giving more in the bottom that makes it bounce up.
The scooter is light in weight so that's easy.
The clutch also grab fast so it's almost direct tourgh.

Hou fast until 100 meter precisely I don't no I think around the 5 sec.
With 88cc its another rank of motor size.

Hello. It's an handle that makes the cable go faster. It's in the speed handle on the steering.
At the carb It's just the normal connection to it.

@kristers 2200 well in the beginning its giving a lot of pressure more when it is new.
Around 50 at 100 km its getting less.
But it will not say that it is broken only its a little bit slower, so in a sprint it's not super.
The mix I did was on 5 liter 167,5 ml I mixed with elf htx 976+ sae 50

@@maximbelyaev7156 The size of the piston is always stated in the head of the piston on Malossi cylinders and in the cylinder base, you should look at that first.
The pistons are available from size 0 (smallest piston) to size D (largest piston). Each oversize is 0.01mm larger in diameter
So you have the following, so that's overange
Size 0: MAL-34 8654
Size A: MAL-34 8654.A0
Size B: MAL-34 8654.B0
Size C: MAL-34 8654.C0
Size D: MAL-34 8654.D0
