Very cool! Definitely a classic Toyota Pickup. My Grandpa bought a brand new 85 SR5 4WD model in 85 and then sold it to my dad around 91-92. It had about 150K miles when my Grandpa sold it to my dad and then my dad sold it to a pick n pull yard in 04-05 with about 180K miles. It sat out in the yard the last 6-7 years my dad had it in non running condition. I believe the engine timing was off along with a couple of other issues. It was the non turbo EFI engine. Would have been a fun project truck to have around today. Hope you enjoy yours!
@@ConservationGarage Yeah I would love to get my hands on that truck today! I was only 8 or 9 when my dad sold it. Really wish he would have kept it but that’s life I guess.. your 86 sure looks amazing though!
Hello, thanks for the comment. It is stock ride height and they are 31'sx10. I think stock tires are 29.5 thought. I tried 33's but they rubbed everywhere.
It had 33' tires at that point, but they didn't fit. they rubbed everywhere with the stock suspension. I tossed some new 31' bfg a/t and they fit perfect.
This turned out great 👍
Thank you!
Excellent work man!! Thanks for sharing.
