Not everyone has to be a tryhard chad, in fact, some of these interactions are kinda wholesome and silly which is fun in this drab ass game, people fanboying happens cause it's so rare to find the guy you've been following for however long and this is your one chance to tell em in the game you both share a passion for that they mean a lot to you, it's pretty parasocial but content creators and more so big content creators are very important to their communities
I'd equate it to walking on some random street and finding a musician you really like, you could be saying "yo, big fan" and keep walking or you could say "holy shit! I love your stuff man, can I take a picture with you?" And both are valid, the latter one can be annoying but also more meaningful/memorable of an encounter for both parties
At the end of the day, just let people have their fun and enjoy the emotion of the moment, it doesn't really hurt anyone, it's not like he has to quit playing cause they know who he is, stuff like that happens on Rust and there I would argue this kind of interaction is completely unacceptable cause people do grief the game but here it's just a silly sidebar to all the dankness of the game
that's lowkey facts its beta. But also that may be the only way to play with your favorite streamer... so I understand it
