- This was the last song played by the Beatles at their very last live show, which was held at Candlestick Park. Paul McCartney played it at the last event at Candlestick Park before its demolition.
Dude travelled back in time and brought back his 1964 self
He’s incredible
saw the beatles 5 times in concert in the 60's. paul always sang the closing song because even after only 25 minutes onstage back then, he was the only who had a voice left. and here he is almost 50 years later at 72...after being onstage for 3 hours... still belting it out. you ROCK paul..thanks for providing the music of my lifetime.
oshesa1 actually around 32 minutes i can tell
I'm 45 and could not do half of another half of his performance..long live Paul
This takes real talent to be the same age as McCartney and still sing long tall sally
Never change spirit and power from the first time in 1964
It never ceases to amaze me. He fucking loves it. He'll keep going on forever.
Woow, 72 years YOUNG and still Rock n' Rolling so hard. PAUL LIVES ON, BITCHES!
I was there in 1966 and 2014. He rocked it both times!
Wow! Paul never fails to impress me! He's singing all the high notes & golly this is perfect! 72 years young! Great quality as well, thanks!
I was 15 when I saw him at this concert. Never thought I would get the opportunity to see Paul play Long Tall Sally live ❤️❤️❤️
This was his closing song way back in 1972 when I saw him in Montreux during the summer jazz festival. I was just 17 and hanging over the front of the stage with Paul in front of me. The larger Palais had burnt down to the ground (Think: 'Smoke on the Water'). So, Paul ended up playing across the street in the Pavillon which held maybe 2,000 people. Nice and intimate. He came on stage solo at one point with a big 12 string and said something like, "OK. We're just going to slow things down a bit. You may have heard this one before." And he started strumming the first chords of, "Yesterday". There was a collective sigh in the audience and hushed silence while he sang.
Still got that voice!
Dan ganas de llorar, que genio
I was there last night and his voice was perfect! This was his very last song after singing his beautiful heart and soul out loud 3+hours straight. Of course it's dragging a little! Otherwise my first ever Paul show was the best night I had all year!
This man is not from this plantet!!!!!!!
He is a gift to the universe.
How can he... At that old... How... He's a dang alien
Still sounds fucking wicked here
THOSE NOTES... MY GOODDD
The inspiring joy of life from the greatest Rocknroller! Thank you!💛✌️👍⭐
It was a phenomenal show. When Paul said that they were going to play the last song the Beatles played at Candlestick I friggin lost it! And he's still got it baby!
この頃ですらもう72歳か
72歳であのシャウトが健在なのは本当に神だな
A sensational and very fitting end for Candlestick provided by the great Paul McCartney. And it was also pretty cool that he , indirectly, paid a tribute to Little Richard by making sure that "'Long Tall Sally" was the final song to be heard at that grand old venue.
I didn't think he would ever play this again..way to go Paul!!!
This was Paul McCartney's most special concert ever, we all know why.
you think he may retire? That's my biggest fear
I honestly don't think so. As long as hes in good physical condition, he will be workig. He looks very healthy to be a 72 year old man
Luca Faccini five years later, he’s still going strong!
@@machiel5888 it's 6 years later lol
Lmao he’s still doing live shows, he just finished up his “Got Back” concert
Great performance...
one of my favorite paul mccartney songs ever! #💓 💜 💓 💞 💝 💘 💗 💟 💕 💖 💓 💜 💓 💜 💓 💜 💓 💜 💓
I'm glad I was able to make it! It will forever be in my memories of the amazing show he put on!

I was on the field in the 10th row..Who hoo...Paul McCartney was awesome...Thanx to all the Candlestiick fans for keeping me warm...and Derrick, thank you for you know what /|\.
Incredible, period.
Forever young Sir James Paul McCartney. Rock on Paul - Rock on!!!
Paul still delivers that kind of songs quite well, unlike some of the more mellow ones.
Still sounds great!
Encore song. Despite transit issues, great show!
Love this!!! You were so close and the video quality looks dope. Thanks for sharing!
Paul lives!
This is AMAZING!!!
Now this is rock and roll
Hes still got it
We were there!
Rock on paul
Awesome! So sad I couldn't get in to the show, even with a field ticket. Arrived before 8:00pm and the lots were full and I was stuck in limbo with thousands others on Jamestown Ave. for hours trying to enter the park. Major disappointment. The Candlestick staff should apologize to those thousands that had tickets and missed the show. Glad everyone that got in had a wonderful time!
The lot wasn't full. That's misinformation.
Khultan Hmm...what do you mean? They were directing people to some other dirt lot on the far side of Candlestick from what I've gathered from others.
No, Peaceandmetal88, I'm the security guard (artist/musican) who was on assignment at Lot U, there was more than 50 available parking stalls by the time my shift ended at 10:00pm, I don't know what happened as to why they remained as they were when I left from work.
Khultan i was able to make it to the show early enough to get a parking spot, but when the show ended I was stuck in my parking spot until 2am.
I'm glad you enjoyed the final farewell performance. The performance started at 9:04pm and I remember thinking it might be a 2 hour show I didn't know it ended at 12:30am, right? That would be correct for most folks the traffic did go until past 3am, as my co-worker told me about it. Again, glad you enjoyed the show : )
Wow!
really cool, still!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing!!
Love It!!
te amo paul!
MY GOD! PAUL AWESOMEEEEEEE
Paul Mccartney bass guitar✅👍

Heard a guard say they're gonna blow it up Monday!
meghan munn no, not until early next year.......
what a powerful voice Sir Paul still Have,God bless him and us for having playing and singing like this!!!!!!!!
They toured w/ Little Richard early in their careers. Now it is reported that Little Richard lives close to us here in Nashville. He lives in the town that makes Jack Daniels, Lynchburg TN...close to his family.
"Long Tall Sally"
I'm gonna tell Aunt Mary 'bout Uncle John
He said he had the misery but he got a lot of fun
Baby, yeah now baby
Woo baby, some fun tonight
I saw Uncle John with Long Tall Sally
He saw Aunt Mary coming and he ducked back in the alley
Oh, baby, yeah now baby
Woo baby, some fun tonight
Well Long Tall Sally's built pretty sweet
She got everything that Uncle John need
Baby, yeah now baby
Woo baby, some fun tonight
Well, we're gonna have some fun tonight
Have some fun tonight
Everything's all right
Have some fun tonight
Have some fun
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
We're gonna have some fun tonight
Have some fun tonight
Everything's all right
Have some fun tonight
Yeah, we'll have some fun
Some fun tonight
How the fuck is this possible?
Abe is great, but, nobody swings this song like Ringo did.
age 72 !!!!
I prefer the original drummer, Ringo Starr
He only needs the small moustache like Little Richard.
💚💙💜❤️💛🧡💗🖤🤍🙋👍
He started really well but ran out of puff a bit at the end. Still, I couldn’t sing the first three notes.
I´m 23 and i can´t sing that song anymore :,v
Try to sing in C or D instead of G
Christopher Forsman I sing it in F or F#, C or D is very low
old man vice.
