Because Bodoland and other states of northeast part of military ruled india is not a independent country thats why no tourist come to bodoland or 7 Sisters, they dont know about it, they only know delhi or mainland india so no tourist wants to visit and as a result no one knows about Bodoland or 7 sisters. Northeast part of military ruled india is more vibrant or similar and interesting like combodia and other south east asian countries.
