This and some APT stretches/exercises has turned into my morning routine. I got myself a catch net to get some throws in. Soon a Tech Disc will be on its way. Thank you for your work on these videos and your help.

Good routine. Can't wait to try it out. The voice audio could be a little higher in the mix here.

Noted! I was trying to get a good balance where if you WANTED to hear what I was saying you could, but you could also kinda vibe out and follow along without it getting monotonous!

@@BlitzDGthat’s a good thought but I think you could upload a separate version with no talking for that. Like a “warm up with me” type of vid. And then have a separate one that’s more instructional

lol, noted. It's always a struggle to tell the "best" way to mix. Great video never the less. Keep em' coming. @@BlitzDG

I bought bands for this exact reason but they got lost in the mail. Time to reorder!

This was a solid warm-up routine. Reminded me a lot of a program I bought called MAPS PRIME from the fitness podcast MindPump. Have you been putting emphasis on anti-rotational movements since you started playing disc golf more seriously or perhaps isometrics? Just curious if you’re exercises have changed much to prevent injury and achieve your goals within disc golf. Thanks again for a great video.

Honestly I’ve slightly lowered the volume of my other training so I have the recovery to practice and play a lot, and I’ve taken extra care of my knees to ensure they are strong and resilient. Rest is important. If you are having a bad day sometimes it’s best to just hang it up and not dial in fatigued form.

I’d ditch the music. Great warm-up though, and great quads.

May just have to do that then! I figured people would be watching it multiple times over time so wouldn’t want to hear the same thing over and over.
