OMG!!! This is really hard. Jungkook is amazing as always ❤️🥰❤️! I tried doing it and successfully completed it but couldn’t get up the next day after sitting down! I’m not giving up. I’m having motivation because this is suggested by my idol!
Well...i just tried this 2 month ago..i wasn't able to walk properly and my legs hurt so much😂😂....but I was not ready to give up... Now work out these excersice..and it became more easy to do... I motivated my self... And hell.. it gave me good progress 😌❣️....
