Walnut, Brazilian nuts, fish oil, cacao blueberries, and antiinflamatory diet is helping me with my concussion. I am in my 3rd week of stage 3 concussion and I see substantial improvement. And I am keeping active physically and mentally.
My daughter got a brain injury getting thrown from her horse yesterday. Thanks for the brain food suggestions. Was never told about fish oil last time Makes so much sense. Thankfully I made sure she takes magnesium & had it last night.

You didn’t mention memory affects.You really don’t understand.People are suffering from numerous different injuries and need to be studied separately for every given injury. Because we need to know the affects on all injuries. Drinking green tea now. It’s helping the headache pain. They don’t know that many saints are suffering under this, because of injuries. And no one is helping them.What about dizziness?What if it wasn’t addressed at all for twenty years? God knows and sees things man will not and have not investigated. eggs help me when digesting lean meats and animal fats. But that is the only omega3 I consume. It depends what results you want and can afford. Wait, he said no eggs, but eggs are rich in omega 3 and everywhere else said eggs are good for concussion healing.

@@Bomber411Eggs can also be allergenic for some people. So I would probably go for eggs in moderation during PCS recovery.
