I've been roasting the beef short ribs then putting them in the stock pot. I made multiple pressure canning beef stock. I take the meat off the ribs for eating later. The flavor is delicious. Your recipe sounds yummy 😋
Those ribs need another hour and have to be deeper into the braising liquid. Simmer the liquid before you put on the lid and go into the oven. Put your vegetables into a food processor to help thicken the braising liquid; yours is a thin jus. I could keep going, but I’d be here all night. Give braise to the Lord, and research it before you do it, folks. 👍🏻
