You just got this videos off of Amazon without actually ever seeing one or knowing anything at all about it lol.
sure.
I was just going to say the exact same thing.
My company uses them as offices. We have no overhead cost, just utilities.
nice
Do they have a shower and hot water?
Looking to buy one but I can’t find much info on them, what kind of foundation does it need to be on? Does it do well in rainy/snowy weather (no leaks etc)? How does heat and a/c work?
Where did you get it from? I want 1
So just to clarify… You’ve never actually seen one of these, but you’re doing a review. Also, you stole content from other people.
i stole it from your mother.
So just to clarify, your name is Karen?

I am not sure I would give it a 10 of 10.. I am not actually sure you have been inside of one. I have.. and it is not like that... The reason that I ask is that there is a 'weird' pressure inside.. likely because of the materials that it is constructed of.. mostly non porous ... think of it as driving in the car and the back seat windows open a little bit... and your ears feel the pressure. That is what these homes feel like inside.. it is not a pleasing experience because you feel like there is not enough ventilation and the ceilings are lower as well.. Second when you are walking around inside the flooring feels hollow... every step is sounds like you are clumping around and any movement it feels like the structure is not as stable.. Third, when your phone rings it is very loud... The whole experience really is not like the description.. I don't think the average person could really live in this comfortably.
gee you must been in a really cheap version - first time I have ever heard about the ear pressure issue....second - the floor must need more footings if its making that sound...thirdly - 'I don't think the average person could really live in this comfortably' - plenty do mate me included...they also have extra height models so the one who probably have been in will have the lower ceiling
10/10 for the innovative thought. i mean its cool.
@@deesalkelly3069I’m looking at purchasing the 19x20 this week. Minimal info on these. Love the idea. How long have you had yours? Any additional insight would be much appreciated thank you!
Is there a shower? Me and my boyfriend are really doing are research on this home, also is there a water or electric supply that needs to be connected?
yes just like when any home is built.
Is the wiring there and plumbing? I hear there are bo outlets or anything
Jus hook up water pipes and sewer lines outside. Yes u need solar for lights
yeah, easy...just watch a few youtube videos and you are set lol
Has plugin outlets and everything seen one today in person. Really like it way way better than those over tiny houses people buy
I kinda want 1 but I'll wait until the price evens out. They are all over the place in terms of money
me too honestly
This is clever but is it sturdy enough to feel safe?
lets hope so
You have to pay to get this box and dodads connected to utilities not too mention the land where it sits. Its ugle, costs a lot to actually bring utilities to it. This is not an amazing idea, its a dumb, pricey idea. And its ugly.
Sounds like this box needs a serious makeover and a lot of financial planning!
How about heat?
Heat is like a double-edged sword - it can make things exciting but also burn you if you're not careful.
Wonder if they have a bigger version
Biggest I saw was 1200 square feet 3 bed 1 bath
@@alwaysinterestingcomics9377 Where did you see it?
i've actually seen 2,000 sq ft.
People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.
👍🏼
Where are you going to place the house? If you don’t have land lol
Land cheap where im at
it's a rip off from PodXGo but much cheesier and much more chinese cheese
cheese is cheese man
Would it withstand strong winds, tornadoes......?!
Slightly better than a mobile home
mine went through a Cat 2 Cyclone - no issues - its bolted down with concrete footings
@@deesalkelly3069 how does it do in the cold are you using it as a house or?.?.
Tornadoes absolutely not
@@alwaysinterestingcomics9377 it never gets cold where I am - its my home....
No Electric, fresh water or sewer
