I might suggest additional floor or clamp on lamps with color corrected bulbs in them. It will give you additional lighting for when it is cloudy or evening.
Hi Jeanett! Thanks for your comment! I’m going to do a separate video on my lighting setup, I have waveform bulbs in my overhead light but also two softboxes with waveform bulbs that I use for filming/working on cloudy days or evenings. They are 95CRI with a temperature of 5000K. I also have additional colour corrected bulbs that I can sub in and out of existing light fixtures so I can choose between cozy 2700K lighting for evening editing work or 5000K for working.
I love the way you layered everything out . Thank you for explaining your journey from owning a studio outside to working at your home studio. I am considering a home studio too might be a small work space but I am sure It Will serve for the moment . Thank you for this awesome share . God bless you richly Amen
Thank you very much for this video. Your scenery looking outbof your window, is breathtaking. I am a self taught artist. Still in the beginning stages. Been at it,and going strong for three years now. I'm homebound, and wheelchair bound. Because I have to have assistance when I go somewhere. Long story. But I have been dreaming of my art space. I have a three tear tray like yours. I keep my drawing supplies in. It is absolutely perfect. I love that it is on wheels, just like me lol! I am trying to make my space more grounded, it is hard, I also have my young grandchildren here, so I can't freely leave out my supplies. I found your space and I love it. The most inspiring part, was at the end, when you said, even in your bed,you can create beautiful things. That is what I need to hear. Because that is where I am daily. Thank you so much. I teared up.
Leelynn, this story is so incredibly powerful and I hope you never give up on your art practice. You are meant to create beautiful things. I am sending you lots of positive thoughts and encouragement as you begin your creative journey!!!
I live in a tiny home and we are converting our walk-in closet to a 10 x 12 art studio for me. I got some good ideas from your video thanks for sharing.
Thank you!!! This is THE BEST studio video I've seen. I wish I'd seen it before I started working on mine! My biggest problem is that this same size room is also where my bedroom, TV and computer are! But I love your simplicity -- and I think we're re of same personality - in that I'd be better with the extra supplies hidden. I've purchased way too much paint!
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind comment, I’m so happy that you found the simplicity to be rewarding. For what it’s worth, I’m about to do a minor redesign because my shelves are falling out from the wall, so it’s never too late to do another makeover!
This is helpful for me. I have many craft items to organize. Paint brushes, mediums, paints, clays, clay tools, papers. Water color paper, craft paper, pencils, pens, Beads, stamping tools, stencils. Omg yessss! I need this thank you!!
IKEA cart! Genius! I do hand printing e.g. monotype, linocut printing etc. I'm planning to use a Melltorp table from IKEA that I have (those things are indestructible because they have a really strong underframe and a melamine coated top, so even though the table is white it is amazingly wipeable! It's like magic!). I'm going to buy another couple of those and put them next to each other to make one, long sturdy work bench along 2 walls in an L Shape. I'm going to add heavy duty castors with brakes (there are some good ones on Amazon) as this lets me rearrange the space. It also means I have a bigger table if I have guests over for a meal (folding chairs are stored in the utility room). A moveable cart in place of the shelves I was planning is ideal, much cheaper and all visible as you are looking down on it. Brilliant idea! 💡
I love that idea!!!! Being able to rearrange the space is absolutely fantastic, way to problem solve! I absolutely love ikea pieces that are indestructible, it’s much easier to work in a space that’s not precious. Happy creating and constructing!!!
Hello Marianne and thank you for sharing!! I absolutely LOVE videos like this, the aesthetics, the music, the sereneness, the calmness!! And I've SO been wanting to start practicing acrylic and also, watercolor painting and this is perfect!! And your voice is so calming , thank you Marianne and I SO agree, I love minimalism!! My Hubby and I hope to do this one day!!❤🤗🙏🏼
Aida you have absolutely made my day!!! I hope you do start with your acrylic painting and watercolour practice, and getting rid of stuff is authentically the best feeling ever. Thank you for this lovely, lovely comment.
i love watching these videos, i always forget the people with small spaces have WHOLE BASEMENTS to store all the stuff that doesn't fit, meanwhile i'm over here in my apartment lolol like....ok, maybe it won't work for me but i still love to see it.
I painted out of a small apartment for years and learned to minimize my setup, which I liked 🙂 I used to have my entire practice fit into two shoe boxes plus the canvas I was using on a collapsible travel easel that I’d take down and fold into my closet when I wasn’t using. I actually added a Billy/Oxberg unit to my space recently and it added tons of vertical height space with a nice narrow profile, I really like it! Now I can keep more books in the space.
Thank you for showing your lovely art space. 😀 I can’t wait for mine. I’m going to have my garage converted into my art studio. It’s looks into my back garden. But I’m still saving the money for it. I think this whole year of more saving is needed.
That’s so exciting! Redesigning and repurposing spaces is so much fun, but you’re right, it can get expensive, especially if you have to insulate your garage. I wish I could share photos of what my studio looked like before I redesigned it in 2020…I was using a desk I got for $40 on Kijiji, thrifted shelves, a thrifted lamp, no curtains, and a rickety chair. Maybe I’ll post the photo to my community…
Beautiful and thoughtful, and your voice is so calming. Please show us your easel setup in the space and the lighting for the easel. Lighting is quite challenging. What did you do with all the rest of your stuff? I have at least 5x the quantity of supplies collected over time.
Hi Elaine! I’m so happy you liked it and I will definitely do another video on my workspace and lighting. In terms of the rest of the stuff, I don’t really have anything else! What you see is what I have. The only thing not in my studio is some other canvases that are being stored in my basement. I’m not sure if you’ve heard of the Pareto Principle, but it’s essentially that 20% of your materials yield 80% of your results. Mine is probably more like 10-15% to 90-85%. I could run my entire art practice with probably 8-10 tubes of paint total per medium, and keep everything (brushes included) in a shoe box. Even that huge dahlia painting was created using five small tubes and one tub of acrylic paint…and I still have a bunch left over. A little goes a long way. For me personally, clutter impedes creativity, and adding more would not benefit my art practice. If anything, it may slow me down, because I’d feel guilty for not using something, or have a hard time finding what I actually need, when in reality all I need is in the proverbial shoe box. I barely ever use my coloured pencils or many of the colours in my dresser. I donate unused art supplies to local schools.
@@MarianneVanderDussen Thank you Marianne for your quick and detailed reply. I consider myself a mixed media artist and am always collecting things to include in my art. Presently I am collecting rusty items! I find I like a lot of stimulus in things on my shelves and walls trigger my brain. But, currently I am feeling like I have too much around me since my paint space is surrounded by all kinds of stuff that naturally reside in the garage. I also have an area in my graphic design studio home office that I have devoted to collage.
woah! I was looking for ideas for organizing my art supplies while organizing my room, and came across this video! not only was it really helpful/inspiring, but I couldnt help but be in awe of your artwork! their amazing! what a cozy set up! definitely subscribing!
Thank you for sharing your work space with us! It is so lovely ❤ I would love it if in a future video you could explain what different mediums are used for in acrylics. As a self taught artist, this something I've always found quite intimidating!
Thank you for the tour. Mine is quite different, but some things same. I also am privileged to have a dedicated room in which to create. I so enjoy your videos, your calming voice, and your detailed tutorials. Thank you.
thank you for your really helpful and positive video but can you talk about and show us your productivity planner ! what inside and how an we use it usefully 😍🥰
Hey Marianne, actually I was just searching for some aesthetic to watch and thought, through being an artist myself, to watch other peoples artspace may be interesting. I thought your video wasn’t just interesting, but very inspiring and touching to me. I have a very small space and want to create a nicely spca on a very small budget in my bedroom. So it’s not so easy to set up everything pretty and nice to me, but I felt very encouraged by your words and your set up. So thanks a lot and I wish you all the best for you further projects and personal goals.
Hi Marie-Luiese, this is honestly such a great comment!!! I’m so happy you found it inspiring and are ready to get creating in your own special setup. I wish you great joy in creating your work 🙂
Loved this video, your art, and your wonderful organized studio. This is so inspiring and motivational to help me pair down my multi medium paints and supplies. Love the calm atmosphere. Thank you so much.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I’ve actually gotten that comment a few times now, so it’s some thing that I’m going to explore in 2024! Plus I’ll be creating a ton of content for UA-cam once I’m finished working on the acrylic painting course that I’m releasing next month 🥰
Your video is amazingly calming and peaceful!! I am preparing for my exam and suddenly found this video, your voices and the background music just soothed my anxiety, the video is also made of high quality and valuable information. Love your channel and hope you could produce more videos :)!
Chloe this is such an amazing comment to read!!! I’m so happy you enjoyed it, and that it helped you as you prepare for your exam. I am hoping to release a new video within the week! If you liked this one, you’ll love the next one, it’s about reconnecting with yourself by heading into nature with a sketchbook 🥰
thank you so much for sharing your space with us. It was really helpful to see how you have organized your room. I could sip a cup of coffee and watch the snowfall from that room forever I think! I'm in Atlanta so we don't see snow often.
Hi Kris! If you watch my Foggy Fence tutorial at 0:45 I go over gesso and at 17:52 I go over varnish. I hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/SRMIV9l-pho/v-deo.html
You have such a good voice for storytelling, I’m sorry if that sounds weird to say! I think it’s your tone and the way it sounds like you’re narrating a movie? Anyway it’s nice. 😊
Oh my gosh, thank you so much! I’ve actually been getting nudged to give voice overs a shot, so I will be upgrading my audio set up shortly and giving it a whirl! I wanted to improve my audio anyways, as I will be launching a podcast around the same time as my first ever acrylic painting course. Comments like this are so validating! Thank you!
This video was so relaxing to watch. I have no space in my room for a desk, but i will ask my mom if i can have a small studio in the living room or outside in our balcony. I hope it's okay that i take inspiration from this. As there's 2 hours left of 2022 here in Denmark, may you have a blessed 2023. You've gained a subscriber. I loved this video. Happy new year Marianne 💐
Nila I loved this comment so much!!! I am so excited that you’re going to use this to create your own creative space. I hope you have a wonderful 2023!!! Thank you so much for subscribing!!!
Wow! Absolutely awesome video! Thanks so much for the tour and the guide to minimize your materials. This video has filled me with such great ideas and full of inspiration. I congratulate you and I wish you the best in your career. Your studio has turned out your private place where you can unfold wonders. It is gorgeous! I’m in the process of remodeling my basement and have space to paint. For now I’m using a bedroom and I have set up a small area to paint. Over the years I have bought plenty material. No need to buy more. Cheers! You are a wonderful artist. Blessings, take care and be safe. New subscriber. Greetings from Champaign, Illinois.
Ooh yaaayyy!!! Setting up a new space is the best. You’re absolutely right…we usually have all we need, even though buying new materials is always a temptation. Thank you so much for subscribing, I hope you get to spend many happy hours creating in your new studio space!
@@MarianneVanderDussen thanks Marianne! I was very inspired by the change you made. It takes time to adjust and get it done but still a joy going through the process. Take care and best wishes.
Hello, I just happened upon your video and would love for you to break down the “retarders, gesso, thinners etc, etc. I don’t understand all the differences and “what is best for what.” Love you talent and thank you for sharing your gift with us!😊
same size as my "creative cave"....which has my drawing board, computer/printer & my sewing machines..& WAY more art mediums🎨 ~ MAJOR problem: storage 🙃
I just swapped my black dresser for a Billy/Oxberg unit from ikea and I am SO happy with the increase in storage! I’ll be doing a studio update video shortly, it looks so different but I am loving it.
Beautiful studio! Your art looks beautiful, this is the first time I watched one of your videos. I dream one day to be able to paint water colour or any media
I wish my studio was as neat and organised as yours, but I have other hobbies as well as painting - making jewellery and bookbinding, so even though I organise equipment, there just isn't sufficient space!
I totally get it!!! Since making this video I’ve added more filmmaking equipment to my setup and I am tripping over wires constantly! So for what it’s worth, my space probably looks an awful lot like yours now 🙌
Hi Marianne, do you have any special lighting for your normal painting? Also do you face the window? I love your paintings and tutorials and value your advice. Thank you for everything thing that you share with us. I’m going to find myself a trolley 💐
Hi Tracey, thank you so much for writing me! My space is lit by a two bulb T8 setup with daylight bulbs (I even have them mixed, one is 5000K and one is 6500K) with a high CRI (90+). I believe the brand is Philips. I just need these lights to work, though at night I do find it’s a little dimmer. I’d recommend checking out Waveform lights, they are beloved by many artists. Before getting the T8 bulbs, I had a flush mount with daylight bulbs and used an easel light with a special bulb that had a CRI of 95. I believe its colour temperature was 6500K. I do paint with my easel in the corner, facing towards the window. I really like it. The sun only comes in during late afternoon, and is heavily filtered through the trees. The light strikes the opposite wall (where my desk is) and I can always pull the curtains across if it’s too intense. I’m so happy you enjoy the videos!!! It means the world when I get to hear from you!!! 🥰
I would love an in-depth video explaining the different mediums for use with oil paint. I’m a beginner and only using linseed oil because I’m not sure what all the others are needed for during a painting. Thank you so much.
Love love love your art studio! Your setup is very inspiring and I just love how the look and atmosphere your art studio gives! May I ask where you get your desk lamp?
Have I seen your paintings about 15 or 20 years ago in a Kennilworth gallery in Australia ? If so, I never forgot the beautiful flower paintings I saw in person xox
Hi Marianne! Very lovely set-up you have there and I appreciate you sharing it with us. I also appreciate the modesty with which you present your studio as I've seen plenty with all the latest gadgets, but little substance in the way of actual art. Your artwork is amazing! Anyway...I'm happy to sub your channel and I know there will be lots to learn from you. As for acrylic mediums, I'd be happy to learn whatever you have to teach in that regard - particularly the glazing medium or any others you may use to make blending acrylic paints a little easier. Thank you for sharing your skills!
I appreciate that you appreciate the simplicity! I’m terrible with gadgetry (I swear it’s going to take me a year to learn how to use my new SLR), but I’ve had my little art cart and palette for nearly six years now and I imagine they’ll be with me until the end. They just work really well! I’ll definitely be doing a video on acrylic mediums and blending.
I'm definitely excited for winter to be over soon but I think I'll have to post a few more wintry videos next year, it's been so neat reading comments from around the world from places that don't have snow! I'm so happy you enjoyed the space and thank you for your comment!
What a wonderful space you have created. I rent a studio because it allows me to experiment with abstraction, without worrying about slopping paint everywhere. However, the rent has gone up and I may not be able to keep it much longer. How could I make this work at home without destroying my walls and floors? I may have to go back to representational painting because it is more contained, but I'm loving the freedom of abstract. What would you suggest?
This is a tricky one! I feel like if you have an art practice that requires you to slop paint around, you may need to make peace with the fact that your home will get splattered. I'm not sure how much you're currently paying in rent (if you can mentally reallocate some of that towards a fix up budget at home), or if you have an office or area that can at least be sectioned off, but I have had to make peace with the fact that the beautiful new carpet I got for my studio will get paint on it and that it's a working carpet. I can't afford for my space to be too precious or to worry about getting a smear of paint on the wall, because it's going to happen. Otherwise if you need to protect your home because it's rented or because you need to work in a central living space, some sort of quick tarp setup that you get down to a science/art so it doesn't cause too much friction to set up and take down might be beneficial? I'm currently working on a new studio tour, I actually repainted my space and made some adjustments that I am THRILLED with, I love that my workspace is constantly evolving with me. The new look is moodier, more mature, and it feels like a better fit with where I am in my life. I hope you experience the same joy when you move your practice back home!
Que vídeo maravilhoso. Você está de parabéns, pelo studio e por sua arte. Estou tentando fazer um curso de pintura em tela para iniciantes, com a pandemia eu deixei de lado, agora, estou tentando fazer on-line. Espero conseguir fazer algumas pinceladas. Abraços do Brasil.🤗🤗😘
Hi I'm so sorry for the delay in responding! I'm New and love it here, subscribed. .. Your work is amaxing and talking about this video, your space is lovely, you organising so beautiful. Makes me want to keep pausing and checking my bedroom because I store my art supplies and frequently I am adoring as I pause...
I just discovered you and appreciate your beautiful art-work space. l especially love your linen curtains, you didn't share where you sourced them. Would you mind sharing please?
i would love to know how to use the mediums with acrylic paints. I am self taught, and have no idea how to use anything extra- or even what it means to prime a canvas or use gesso!
I had to pause the video to let you know you have a great commercial voice. You should really look into doing voice gigs. You have great enunciation and speak so clearly!
Thank you so much! I actually did a voiceover job last year, it was so much fun! I think it’ll be my back up plan if UA-cam and Art don’t work out for me 🥰
I could use advice on projector. I have a cheap one that sits on a photo or drawing... but it is not proportioned correct. What do i need tp look for? And does it connect to my cell phone and or camera. Would love to have one that does a good job proportiinally. Thanks. Loved your relaxing video... i need your skills organizing my studio. 😂
So I have an Epson digital projector that hooks up directly to my computer. I'm not sure if there are some that hook up to a phone, but I'm sure there are! I always make sure I have the composition cropped the way I want it to be on my computer, that way when I project I know everything is square because the edges line up. I hope this helps!
Hi! This was so nice to watch. Do you have any recommendations for safety? I have a home studio as well and was wondering what I should do with ventilation when it gets too hot to open a window. I use mostly acrylics and gouache!
So for acrylics and gouache, those are water based and shouldn’t have any fumes! The main reason for needing ventilation traditionally has been for solvents used in oil based paints, but acrylic is latex and water based and gouche is entirely water based. I never have any issues when I’m using either of those mediums with ventilation 🙂
I'm actually going to do a separate video all about this! My favourite method is using a wet palette method, which I describe in my Foggy Fence tutorial at the 3:45 minute mark. Here's the link! ua-cam.com/video/SRMIV9l-pho/v-deo.html

Oh wow thank you so much!!! I’m so happy it was helpful for you, and grateful for the subscribe! I’ll be posting a new video very soon :)
My love for arts and studio space 🥺💯thank for taking tour time and for status beautiful space with us🧡💯beautiful presentation ❤
I’m so happy that you enjoyed it!!! Thank you for taking the time to write me a comment!
Thank you for sharing your work space with us! It is so lovely ❤
I would love it if in a future video you could explain what different mediums are used for in acrylics. As a self taught artist, this something I've always found quite intimidating!
I’m so happy you enjoyed it, Lyssa! I will absolutely put into my calendar to create a video about mediums!
I’m just setting up my home studio!! Thanks for all your helpful tips!!😊
Yay!!! Have so much fun!!!
This is why I follow you, thank you
Thank you so much for watching!!!
Thank you for the tour. Mine is quite different, but some things same. I also am privileged to have a dedicated room in which to create. I so enjoy your videos, your calming voice, and your detailed tutorials. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Abigail!!!
thank you for your really helpful and positive video but can you talk about and show us your productivity planner ! what inside and how an we use it usefully 😍🥰
I would love to talk about that planner!!! I’ll make a UA-cam short 🙂 I’ll also do it as a story on my Instagram if you follow me there!
I'm so glad you enjoyed this, Judy!!! Thank you so much for the lovely comment 🥰
This was beautiful and I love how simple you’ve set up your studio. You should consider doing voice-over work, you have a great voice and tone.
This is gorgeous. Thank you for taking the time to show your space.
Thank you so much for your kind words and comment! Receiving feedback like this makes my day 🥰
thank you so much for sharing your space with us. It was really helpful to see how you have organized your room. I could sip a cup of coffee and watch the snowfall from that room forever I think! I'm in Atlanta so we don't see snow often.
Atlanta sounds awfully wonderful right about now! We get a lot of snow up in North Bay. It is beautiful to watch, but I won’t be sad to see it go.
Would very much like to see how you use Gesso and what product you use at the end of the painting and how you use it.
Hi Kris! If you watch my Foggy Fence tutorial at 0:45 I go over gesso and at 17:52 I go over varnish. I hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/SRMIV9l-pho/v-deo.html
Thank you! this was a wonderful video! I am struggling with how to organize and make it pretty! but this helped so much!
I am so happy you enjoyed it!!!!
Beautiful art and beautiful studio. Thank you for sharing your story 😍💞💞💞
Thank you so much, Bay!!!!
Absolutely perfect! Thank you for the tour!
You are so welcome!!!
Thank you!
This is just what I needed to inspire me. THANK YOU.
Oh I’m so glad!!! You’re welcome!!!
Very nice studio setup. Thank you for sharing.😊
I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
Bonjourn... Very nyc video Di. you maintain each and everything very properly Yup always keep it up Di. Lovely one.
I’m so happy you enjoyed it!
Lovely and cozy Studio!❤
Beautiful video. Thank you. God bless!
Thank you so much, Anupama!
I'm so glad I discovered you!!!
I noticed you also mentioned a mentor! Has me thinking...
This is lovely and very organised. I’m inspired.
I’m so glad you liked it!!!
Hello, I just happened upon your video and would love for you to break down the “retarders, gesso, thinners etc, etc. I don’t understand all the differences and “what is best for what.” Love you talent and thank you for sharing your gift with us!😊
Absolutely!!! I'm going to add it to my list for 2024 videos. Thank you so much for taking the time to write, I appreciate it immensely!
Thx and congrats for that lovely studio space!!!
Thank you so much, Soraya! I appreciate you leaving a comment 🥰
All of your paintings are wonderful ma'am, so inspiring, stay blessed😊❤️
Thank you so much!!! That’s so kind 🥰🥰🥰
Looking at your excellent use of storage space, I opine if you don't use stay-wet palettes they are very useful for keeping colors from drying out.
Thank you so much! I only ever use a wet palette for acrylics ☺️
@@MarianneVanderDussen What is your main media please?
@@JoeB_BSc I work in both acrylic and oil, but I tend to do more of my commissioned work in oil.
@@MarianneVanderDussen I only wondered after your UA-cam video on your storage of media that stay-wet palettes didn't seem to be in view.
same size as my "creative cave"....which has my drawing board, computer/printer & my sewing machines..& WAY more art mediums🎨 ~ MAJOR problem: storage 🙃
I just swapped my black dresser for a Billy/Oxberg unit from ikea and I am SO happy with the increase in storage! I’ll be doing a studio update video shortly, it looks so different but I am loving it.
Such a lovely, serene space you’ve created!
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much!!!
Beautiful studio!
Your art looks beautiful, this is the first time I watched one of your videos.
I dream one day to be able to paint water colour or any media
Thank you so much, Kati! I hope you take the leap and start your watercolour journey!
Really amazing 👏 ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks a lot! 🥰
Wow. That’s a sanctuary. 🪴💕 Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm so happy you enjoyed the video and that it inspired you!!!
This was super helpful, thank you!!
I'm so glad! Thank you for commenting!!!
Will do! So you're interested in mediums for oil painting moreso than acrylic?
@@MarianneVanderDussen yes right now I started using oils, I’m happy I found your videos
@@robinfairweather9085 I’m happy you did too! I’ll add it to my notes 🥰
Really love yr studio it is so beautiful…thanks for sharing ❤️❤️
Thank you so much, Elise!!
Love love love your art studio! Your setup is very inspiring and I just love how the look and atmosphere your art studio gives! May I ask where you get your desk lamp?
Wayfair! It’s called the Alena 22” desk lamp!
I loved you studio and the final thoughts
Thank you so much!!!
Have I seen your paintings about 15 or 20 years ago in a Kennilworth gallery in Australia ?
If so, I never forgot the beautiful flower paintings I saw in person xox
Unfortunately not me! I’ve only been painting the past 8 years and exclusively in Canada.
Hi ..your space is gorgeous! we dont get snow where I live in Australia and that looked awesome ..thank you for the tour.x
I'm definitely excited for winter to be over soon but I think I'll have to post a few more wintry videos next year, it's been so neat reading comments from around the world from places that don't have snow! I'm so happy you enjoyed the space and thank you for your comment!
Wowwwwwww this is a bliss
Love it
Your studio
Thank you so much!!! I have tinkered with the layout a LOT over the years but I'm very happy with its current setup!
Very interesting approach and aesthetic. Thx for sharing!
Thanks so much for your comment and for coming by!
@@MarianneVanderDussen Thanks so much for the advice! I will find a way to make it work if I'm no longer able to keep my studio.😊 All the best to you!
Que vídeo maravilhoso. Você está de parabéns, pelo studio e por sua arte. Estou tentando fazer um curso de pintura em tela para iniciantes, com a pandemia eu deixei de lado, agora, estou tentando fazer on-line. Espero conseguir fazer algumas pinceladas. Abraços do Brasil.🤗🤗😘
Muito obrigado pelo seu lindo comentário! Espero que você se divirta começando sua nova pintura, desejando sucesso da minha casa no Canadá! 🥰

I love how relaxing your video is! I wish i had a studio like yours.. I'm the one who paints in the kitchen an in the corner of my garage. 😅
I feel you…I was on the floor for years!!!
What is the name of the make and model of the projector you featured in your video. I have been looking at getting one.
Hi I'm so sorry for the delay in responding! It's a refurbished Epson that I bought directly from the factory, here's the direct link to the product that I have but I don't believe they make it anymore. However, if you go to their clearance centre, there should be other refurbished models! epson.ca/Clearance-Centre/Projectors-for-Work/VS230-SVGA-3LCD-Projector---Refurbished/p/V11H552220-N

You’re so welcome, Carolina!
What a lovely home studio! My favorite features are the reclaimed dresser and wood for taboret, and candles and plants. Well done, Marianne!
Thanks so much Belinda! 😊 I recently added a betta fish named Picasso to the mix, I wish I'd done it before the video, he's quite the handsome boy.

You're so cool. Thanks! Until the next class.

I love simplicity 🥰🥰🥰
i would love to know how to use the mediums with acrylic paints. I am self taught, and have no idea how to use anything extra- or even what it means to prime a canvas or use gesso!
Check out this video, it goes through the entire process start to finish! ua-cam.com/video/SRMIV9l-pho/v-deo.html
Thank you for sharing! Amazing studio!
I’m so happy you enjoyed the tour!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I would be very interested in how you use all those mediums (acrylic)!!! TY
You got it!
Can't wait!! :D
Very realistic art studio tour ❤️❤️❤️loved it
I’m so happy you liked it, Stephanie! I also appreciate your use of the word realistic…that was my hope!
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰I like this work looks wonderful space ❤
Thank you so much!!!
Gorgeous art studio!
Thank you so much Elizabeth!!!
Thanks for sharing...very inspiring🥰
You are so welcome, Vicki! Thank you for commenting!
Hi, love your videos, what do you use to keep your acrylics from drying too fast?
I'm actually going to do a separate video all about this! My favourite method is using a wet palette method, which I describe in my Foggy Fence tutorial at the 3:45 minute mark. Here's the link! ua-cam.com/video/SRMIV9l-pho/v-deo.html
