Great video. This definitely has me thinking about my health more. I am primarily an iOS but I do use Android as a secondary device when feasible, I am debating on picking up a Pixel (again, it's been a while and I do miss Android especially the Pixel line-up) but until the meantime I am going to resync my Google Fit app with my Apple Health app. I am still new to the Smart ring devices and looking at Ultrahuman and Oura Ring because when I'm not wearing my Apple Watch (I might get a Pixel Watch as well), I would still like to track my health measurements mostly while I sleep. I also am very active but unfortunately not in the gym or outdoor exercises/activities like I would want but more so work and running errands that require me to always be on the go.
