I mean, first she left big names like lisa, jennie, kylie Jenner and so many others (freen did too) behind at paris fashion week and then her acting in the loyal pin, especially in this episode omg girl is killing it! She's slaying this character, can't imagine anyone else playing anin, becky did a tremendous job portraying a badass and fearless sapphic princess who will do anything for the love of her life. And we all know how talented and amazing freen is but her acting with her eyes, the way she controls those tears and emotions on her face omg that is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. That is so rare. The car sex scene, the way freen's face showed everything that pin was feeling, we could see the need, pleasure, sadness, fear, desperation and love on her face omg what an amazing actress freen is! I'm still in awe.
One of the best episodes and dialogues I've seen in a drama with sapphic content. Anin doesn't beg, she just exclaims that the person who deserves Pin's love is her and exposes her valid reasons, in addition to the clear details in this episode. I liked the car scene, it's daring but it's also a point of healing for Lady Pin who only had painful memories of the storms. Also the scene in Pin's room, that shot always of the bird cage is a parallelism with herself and her own prison. Now Anin's scene is impressive because she is like the voice of those women, whether gay or not, who are subjected to forced commitments as if they were merchandise and this still happens even with 15-year-old girls in the Middle East. And I add that the cinematography of TLP is top-notch like a Netflix series, the direction, details, it is without a doubt the series of the year and I don't even pigeonhole it into a simple GL because it doesn't deserve it.

Tlp better win dozens of awards. This has to be one of the finest shows (not just gl) ever made in Thailand. I mean, the metaphoric representation of anil and pin's love in comparison to khun kuea, that scene alone deserves hundreds of awards. The cast, the plot, the script, the acting, the cinematography and the camera work omg everything is just so perfect. And princess anil is the best written character in thai gl history. We can tell that the writer wrote this character with so much care and passion and becky did a great job bringing anil to life. The show has many love scenes but each love scene hits different and that is not easy to achieve. Cannot thank FB, the whole tlp team and idolfactory enough for giving us the loyal pin.
@@wujuforgirls Yes actually, that is one of the main reasons why the loyal pin is the best thai gl so far, for me. The character development is insanely great and so realistic, the queer feminist side of this show is top notch. Both anil and pin are very emotionally mature and brave in their own ways. Anil is so respectful and gentle with pin even when she's mad at her (you'll see in the future episodes) that's so beautiful. The loyal is a beautiful novel and the series did justice to it. Tlp is a masterpiece.
Every episode is a masterpiece. The angst, pain, sorrow and the torture in the episode. We all felt it deeply. Freen and Becky and Pnam are sooo good! The depth and intensity are top notch. Each and every character in this episode has done an excellent job.
Phenomenal acting from all the cast especially Becky and Miss Charm (Auntie), also to Freen as well for making me crying so hard with Pin, and Anil my hero fighting for her love, kudos for the writer for keeping most of the lines from the novel. WHAT AN EPISODE.

You Guys represented me watching the episodes it was a totally roller coaster. For me it was the best episode until now, they're excellent actresses, Nam also an all the cast in the last part was stellar. The dialogues full of metaphor in the end was sublime. I very proud of them and FreenBeck definitely are the Queens! They are MAGICAL

I’m too stunned to speak but let's try. lol The start of the drama and angst is better than I could imagine than in the book. The first 11 episodes were like different universe, while eps 12 were like ripping open a bloody wound to show you the reality. This entire episode has done nothing but show Pin that her life is not hers to own. Lets also try to understand where she stand in the era of 1950s where societal pressure weigh heavier and the stakes are even higher for a woman. She’s an orphan who living under the mercy of her aunt. Pin lives everyday under her aunt’s constant reminders that they owe everything to the ‘kindnes’ of Anil's family. She’s living under someone else’s roof, and raised by her aunt to never be a burden and always been taught to put people who rank above her and their well being as priority. And thats playing big part in how she feel inferior her whole life. But we see how she's being stubborn about keeping the ring, and how she didn't easily say yes to her aunty at the beginning, even try to fight, on the floor, on her knees, begging and telling it to her aunty's face that she never love kueakiat. This is all a progress in her character. But the more the this episode progresses, the more she loses hope until the aunt finally succeeds in her manipulation and makes Pin believe her love and happiness with Anil would end up hopeless. That’s why she didn’t fight for Anil in the end, because her aunt took away all of her hope. I will never hate you, Khun Pin. I understand you, and my heart break for you 💔 I'll defend you again next week. lol I can feel the angst, the drama, the love, the passion, the rage and the cinematography and the quality all in one frame. And the acting..like oh my God, I’m going after anyone who said Freenbecky can’t act after this 😁 Freen's eyes does it all, her eyes alone deserve award. Did you guys know that Freen got a migraine for crying for so long in this episode, even her noose start to bleed. She had a sinus, but haven’t undergone surgery when they filming this scene. And Becky ...like I said before, she deserve a standing ovation. Super proud with her. Especially knowing that thai is not her 1st language, and even more because the language they use here is really difficult since its royal ancient thai language that people not even use anymore these days, and how the scene is long and very heavy and requires so much emotions from her (and freen both), for her to deliver that flawlessly in one take is simply amazing. Freenbecky, the great actress you are! This episode is the benchmark and taking the series in another new level. I never been so proud become FB fans like I am right now. TLP is amazing and this episode is hands down is the best episode I’ve ever watched in many BLs/GLs combine. But tighten your seatbelts, because the snowball of the angst and drama is getting bigger. What an amazing and complex character! A standing ovation to Freen Becky and Charm who all portrayed majestically their emotions ❤️ And no I didn’t know Freen became sick after shooting this, what a dedicated actress 😭🥰 Yes this episode was incredible and definitely one of my favourites if not the most favourite. I’m sorry for the people who refuse to watch this masterpiece because they are really missing. TLP is my favourite GL, and easily entered my top 10 of all time favourite tv shows. I’m ready for the next episodes, I want to feel pain and cry!! What I’m not prepared for is for this to end 😭

It's my favourite episode so far, and the acting deserves all the recognition and praise. Anin in the last part reminded me of Sam confronting her grandma, and that was one of the scenes from GAP that made me emotional. Pin's helplessness and not being able to stand with Anin and fight for their relationship were heartbreaking. I'm sure people in power used to hire hitmen to kill their enemies in the past. Can we arrange something like that for our Kuea? Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the next episode, and Maria and Fabio, your excitement, disappointment, and sadness reflected our emotions perfectly. I'll be back for the next one 😊

The symbolism of describing the self like fabric. Last week we saw Lanna fabric and that intricate loom. This week Aunty is picking out fabric, which leads to the errand in the fabric shop where Kua and Pin are, but Anin shows up. Then the beautiful dialogue at the end where Anin is brave and forthright! She is the real deal and not Kua, who is not as he appears. The Aunt is deeply wrong. I think Anon and Anin will act because Pin will give in, just not sure how. Great acting by all.

Pin’s situation is very difficult. If her aunt were her mother, her situation would be better. Children can always be willful with their mothers because they know that a mother’s love is natural and a duty; children have the right to act spoiled. However, for Pin, although her aunt plays the role of her mother, she has no obligation to raise Pin. In this regard, her aunt is more of a benefactor. You cannot be so willful towards a benefactor, so Pin cannot and does not want to excessively rebel against her aunt. Her situation is harder than that of Anil.
Both Lady Pin and P Anin have great love for each other. Anin will do and give up everything for Pin while Pin will sacrifice herself in order for Anin in order not to be outcast and maitain Her relationship to her family is the kind of love that we dont understand these days. The word "sacrifice" is a thing in the past.
According to the rules of the Thai royal family, if a woman of high rank marries someone of lower status, she is required to renounce her royal title. That's why Lady Pin agreed to marry Master Kuea, She doesn't want Anin to quit the family. 🥲

It is not just a GL series but is a cinematic and beautiful piece of work that everyone involved with it should be very proud, especially Freen and Becky who are brilliant actresses. This episode is shettering my heart into pieces though the actors performance is top notch. I really felt bad for Pin, Anin and Prik in this ep. OMG the fabric riddle fight between Anil and Pat was hilarious, it very unfortunate that Pat is projecting her fears and frustration onto Anil and Pin's relationship I hope she has a change of heart and comes around very soon. Am still wondering how they're going to spin this around into happy ending, perhaps they will jump the timeline into the now/future for it to happen. Not forgetting Fabioand Maria's prince & princess dress code in the thumbnail pic😂😂😂😂😂😂.

Not even the sweetness of their happy ending can top the angst & the god-tier acting-scripting-directing of eps 12-14 (personal guess from the preview & novel knowledge) I have sooooo much to say lmfao I think I had 50 over X posts rambling on 3hrs of sleep since 130am. Let’s just sum it up - the series have done a fantastic job of building and layering the characters. While we may not agree with their choice from our modern age, I can at least see their POV. Except Khun Kuea lol he’s an open book that Anil has laid bare in this ep and I’d still love to introduce him to my fav chef Dr Hannibal Lecter Let’s strap in for the final arc. I have very little to add to the tremendous comments here and so many other social media places The 11 episode build up of romantic scenes just made episode 12 ten times more powerful Acting Not Characters as you have done the chillies for characters Becky delivered Anin's difficult lines so well 10 out 10 Freen I felt every moment of Pin's suffering, her small bits of hope in every hug 10 out 10 Nam the confusion, pain and sadness of Prik's amazing 10 out 10 Charm I now hate Aunty Patt, that was difficult to watch still for acting 10 out 10 Those who read the book know how horrible this will get, I hope the scriptwriters can get across in the series Pin's choices as well as they do in the book FreenBecky should win a award, I loved every episode I guess I added more than a little

This is my second time watching, first time I was late, cause lately you guys have became my favorite reacters to GL (I've even watched a coupled from Blank, and I'm one of the lot that didn't really liked it). So I got everything done to come back and rewatch without interuptions. From chapter there was so much but 2 things that still get me the most. One is Anin's speech, I didn't know if it would work well if they took it literally from the book but god Becca did an AWESOME job with it, I still get goose bumps about it. The second and the worst one is the aunt, something they also took as is from the book and hate them both, like I can get the background, the royalty and the times but the thing I will never get over is the *Let's see if you stop breathing* I agree with you guys she could do it many different ways but the almost hateful way of treating Pin cannont be forgiven. The scenes with her from then on really make me mad. Hope we can get at least the reaction to the last episode live, that would be awesome. ♥♥

You are right and I indeed corrected myself in the review after the episode, Pin’s character grow up with a different type of education and “parent” figure so it’s understandable her behaviour and I must say she was still very brave 😭❤️

Anil es super valiente al defender su amor de esa manera, pero esa valentía la tiene porque Anil siempre creció segura en todos los aspectos; es hija natural, sus padres y hermanos viven, la aman y la consienten, es princesa y por lo tanto siempre ha sabido lo que es tener poder y el respeto de todos. Pin por el contrario, perdió a sus padres tragicamente siendo muy pequeña, los vio muertos, es adoptada, pero la tía Pat siempre le condicionó el amor y le enseñó que si quería ser amada y aceptada, tenía que someterse a ella, y a la familia real. Pin nunca tuvo libertad de ningún tipo, ni siquiera ha conocido lo que es tener poder sobre su propia persona. El único amor no condicionado que ha recibido ha sido el de Anil. So does anyone think they will dive more into Aunt Pat's history and relationship? I still don't see how that flashback comes into play. What she's doing now, forcing Pin to marry Kuea has nothing to do with her history. Her excuse is about rank and loyalties. It has nothing to do with being gay. Is it just me or is the flashback/back story still completely unnecessary so far? I actually would hate Pat less if we didn't get that backstory. Cause then I would be more accepting that she is all about knowing your place and rank. The fact they showed her back story makes me hate her more because she's not even a tiny bit empathetic to Pin when she herself was in love with a woman of higher rank as well.

We can tell that the writer wrote this character with so much care and passion and becky did a great job bringing anil to life. The show has many love scenes but each love scene hits different and that is not easy to achieve. Cannot thank FB, the whole tlp team and idolfactory enough for giving us the loyal pin.

The character development is insanely great and so realistic, the queer feminist side of this show is top notch. Both anil and pin are very emotionally mature and brave in their own ways. Anil is so respectful and gentle with pin even when she's mad at her (you'll see in the future episodes) that's so beautiful. The loyal is a beautiful novel and the series did justice to it. Tlp is a masterpiece.

Every episode is a masterpiece. The angst, pain, sorrow and the torture in the episode. We all felt it deeply. Freen and Becky and Pnam are sooo good! The depth and intensity are top notch. Each and every character in this episode has done an excellent job.

For me it was the best episode until now, they're excellent actresses, Nam also an all the cast in the last part was stellar. The dialogues full of metaphor in the end was sublime. The start of the drama and angst is better than I could imagine than in the book. The first 11 episodes were like different universe, while eps 12 were like ripping open a bloody wound to show you the reality. This entire episode has done nothing but show Pin that her life is not hers to own. Lets also try to understand where she stand in the era of 1950s where societal pressure weigh heavier and the stakes are even higher for a woman. She’s an orphan who living under the mercy of her aunt. Pin lives everyday under her aunt’s constant reminders that they owe everything to the ‘kindnes’ of Anil's family. She’s living under someone else’s roof, and raised by her aunt to never be a burden and always been taught to put people who rank above her and their well being as priority. And thats playing big part in how she feel inferior her whole life.
But we see how she's being stubborn about keeping the ring, and how she didn't easily say yes to her aunty at the beginning, even try to fight, on the floor, on her knees, begging and telling it to her aunty's face that she never love kueakiat. This is all a progress in her character. But the more the this episode progresses, the more she loses hope until the aunt finally succeeds in her manipulation and makes Pin believe her love and happiness with Anil would end up hopeless. That’s why she didn’t fight for Anil in the end, because her aunt took away all of her hope. I will never hate you, Khun Pin. I understand you, and my heart break for you 💔 I'll defend you again next week. lol
I can feel the angst, the drama, the love, the passion, the rage and the cinematography and the quality all in one frame. And the acting..like oh my God, I’m going after anyone who said Freenbecky can’t act after this 😁
Freen's eyes does it all, her eyes alone deserve award. Did you guys know that Freen got a migraine for crying for so long in this episode, even her noose start to bleed. She had a sinus, but haven’t undergone surgery when they filming this scene. And Becky ...like I said before, she deserve a standing ovation. Super proud with her. Especially knowing that thai is not her 1st language, and even more because the language they use here is really difficult since its royal ancient thai language that people not even use anymore these days, and how the scene is long and very heavy and requires so much emotions from her (and freen both), for her to deliver that flawlessly in one take is simply amazing. Freenbecky, the great actress you are!
This episode is the benchmark and taking the series in another new level. I never been so proud become FB fans like I am right now. TLP is amazing and this episode is hands down is the best episode I’ve ever watched in many BLs/GLs combine. But tighten your seatbelts, because the snowball of the angst and drama is getting bigger.

Honestly I was taken aback by the power of this episode and while watching I was like “Pin no 😭 please fight” in our review I was like “she already fought so hard being who she is and how she was raised” the fact that she didn’t want to hide or remove the ring says it all. What an amazing and complex character! A standing ovation to Freen Becky and Charm who all portrayed majestically their emotions ❤️
And no I didn’t know Freen became sick after shooting this, what a dedicated actress 😭🥰

It's my favourite episode so far, and the acting deserves all the recognition and praise. Anin in the last part reminded me of Sam confronting her grandma, and that was one of the scenes from GAP that made me emotional. Pin's helplessness and not being able to stand with Anin and fight for their relationship were heartbreaking. I'm sure people in power used to hire hitmen to kill their enemies in the past. Can we arrange something like that for our Kuea?

The symbolism of describing the self like fabric. Last week we saw Lanna fabric and that intricate loom. This week Aunty is picking out fabric, which leads to the errand in the fabric shop where Kua and Pin are, but Anin shows up. Then the beautiful dialogue at the end where Anin is brave and forthright! She is the real deal and not Kua, who is not as he appears. The Aunt is deeply wrong. I think Anon and Anin will act because Pin will give in, just not sure how. Great acting by all.

OMG the fabric riddle fight between Anil and Pat was hilarious, it very unfortunate that Pat is projecting her fears and frustration onto Anil and Pin's relationship I hope she has a change of heart and comes around very soon. Am still wondering how they're going to spin this around into happy ending, perhaps they will jump the timeline into the now/future for it to happen.

Let’s just sum it up - the series have done a fantastic job of building and layering the characters. While we may not agree with their choice from our modern age, I can at least see their POV. This is my second time watching, first time I was late, cause lately you guys have became my favorite reacters to GL (I've even watched a coupled from Blank, and I'm one of the lot that didn't really liked it). So I got everything done to come back and rewatch without interuptions.
From chapter there was so much but 2 things that still get me the most. One is Anin's speech, I didn't know if it would work well if they took it literally from the book but god Becca did an AWESOME job with it, I still get goose bumps about it.
The second and the worst one is the aunt, something they also took as is from the book and hate them both, like I can get the background, the royalty and the times but the thing I will never get over is the *Let's see if you stop breathing* I agree with you guys she could do it many different ways but the almost hateful way of treating Pin cannont be forgiven. The scenes with her from then on really make me mad.
Hope we can get at least the reaction to the last episode live, that would be awesome. ♥♥

(Vimos en el capitulo anterior a Pin diciendole a Anin que la admiraba por luchar siempre por lo que queria sin tener miedo y que ella nunca se atreveria a hacer eso, no olvidemos que las dos estan criadas de forma completamente distintas Pin cuando se salia un poquito de lo que se esperaba de ella era castigada y Anin al ser la hija favorita y la preferida de sus hermanos sin importar sus trabesuras siempre consiguio lo que quiso y las unicas veces que fue castigada fue a pedido de ella para no dejar sola a Pin)
You are right and I indeed corrected myself in the review after the episode, Pin’s character grow up with a different type of education and “parent” figure so it’s understandable her behaviour and I must say she was still very brave 😭❤️

Anil es super valiente al defender su amor de esa manera, pero esa valentía la tiene porque Anil siempre creció segura en todos los aspectos; es hija natural, sus padres y hermanos viven, la aman y la consienten, es princesa y por lo tanto siempre ha sabido lo que es tener poder y el respeto de todos. Pin por el contrario, perdió a sus padres tragicamente siendo muy pequeña, los vio muertos, es adoptada, pero la tía Pat siempre le condicionó el amor y le enseñó que si quería ser amada y aceptada, tenía que someterse a ella, y a la familia real. Pin nunca tuvo libertad de ningún tipo, ni siquiera ha conocido lo que es tener poder sobre su propia persona. El único amor no condicionado que ha recibido ha sido el de Anil. Pin tiene todo en contra, tiene a la realeza en contra y es 1950. Anil forma parte de esa realeza, es por eso que le es más fácil revelarse, por que pelea con gente de su nivel. So does anyone think they will dive more into Aunt Pat's history and relationship? I still don't see how that flashback comes into play. What she's doing now, forcing Pin to marry Kuea has nothing to do with her history. Her excuse is about rank and loyalties. It has nothing to do with being gay. Is it just me or is the flashback/back story still completely unnecessary so far? I actually would hate Pat less if we didn't get that backstory. Cause then I would be more accepting that she is all about knowing your place and rank. The fact they showed her back story makes me hate her more because she's not even a tiny bit empathetic to Pin when she herself was in love with a woman of higher rank as well.
