This video was filmed in Salvador, the capital of Brazil’s northeastern state of Bahia, is known for its Portuguese colonial architecture, Afro-Brazilian culture and a tropical coastline. The Pelourinho neighborhood is its historic heart, with cobblestone alleys opening onto large squares, colorful buildings and baroque churches such as São Francisco, featuring gilt woodwork.

Seems rude to touch their hair without asking first. Would you do that to the white Brazilian women?
I had to update this comment. If the person doesn’t care and doesn’t see it as rude why do you? Also, they are strong women capable of expressing themselves and if they were uneasy they would have said so. The connection built that day continues today. I’m unsure why you just see negativity in a fun video.
Moreover, you indicating if the lady was white. You clearly haven’t seen my other videos and how I connect with others as well. You trying to underline some distance or unspoken tension between black and white in Brazil.
Let me tell you this, black and white people get along quite well in Brazil and there’s no “Karen” pandemic there.
Brazil as in many other countries people are much warmer and personal space isn’t the same from where I can assume you live at.

All women who are strong would not necessarily say something in the moment an individual touches their hair without asking. We don't know if those women were offended or not do we? I hope you're not speaking for them - without their permission.
While I never traveled to Brazil, it is no secret that racism is alive and well there. There are plenty of videos documenting it However, you brought up racism not me while you did not answer the question as to whether you would suddenly touch a white Brazilian woman's hair like you did the black Brazilian woman.

Hahahah I think it depends on the individual though. That being said, yes Salvador is different mindset than Rio
They all are beautiful sisters with good disposition. Conversation is easy. Sad that it appears the current social conditioning is causing the women not to want children. This is a major factor when men are evaluating potential women for marriage. How can they not want to build a family with the man that they love? If every woman had that opinion, they would not be here.
Its' culturally anti-Black/African to have these beliefs. So much of our cultural self worth is centered in family and children. Strange philosophy, I wish the roots of their beliefs could have been revealed much more. Money can't be the only factor. It has never stopped us in the past.
