1/4 cup Black sesame seeds (heat until you hear it pop), 4tbsp amala powder (Indian gooseberry) , 1/2 cup black strap molasses. Take 1tbsp first thing in morning (30 minutes before meals).
Women with low iron can get premature greying. Iron absorbs better with vitamin C. (Found in the amala)

Works for me. I wash my hair with it. Black Strap Molasses is supposed to be very beneficial in many ways so I'd go for it even if it doesn't effect grey hair; anti-cancer, anti-stress, anti-aging. Just look at the nutritional breakdown of it.

Great video😊😊😊 I'm 35 years old and I've been using molasses for about 7 months for menstrual cramps and I've also noticed that the 4 gray strands of hair that i have has turned into a copper color, I didn't know that molasses have benefits on gray hair. The gray didn't bother me, because they were in the mid section of my head, but it's definitely Turning them copper and dark. Much blessings to you😄😄

It really reverse grey hair. I take only one tea spoon a day for a year and hall now and it works my grey hair turns copery redish and I have also found few hairs on different stages : from root to míddle the hair is brown and from middle to end it is white it’s a proof that the hair initialy grew white and after 6 months it changed the colour !!! Or I have just white ends and the rest of hair is coppery redish. My natural hair is brown redish so I have a lot coppery hair... Thanks for spreading the knowledge 🙏🙋🏼‍♀️💕💖

I suggest this and black seed cumin oil to a lot of my clients. Endless benefits. Everything is not for everyone disclaimer,... blackstrap molasses, fenugreek and black seed oil are the ones that I've researched / experimented and suggested on my website and page. Do your due diligence try em out see what works for you but those I stand firmly by.

Unsulfered blackstrap molasses is loaded with most of the B vitamins besides having other minerals and iron/copper which is so useful for anemia and also low blood pressure. It's the b vitamins, and trace amounts of copper that are helping for the grey hair..it helpful against anti-aging wrinkles and gives you energy. I notice you are aging backward. You look so much younger than in your earlier videos.

She has been taking 2 tablespoons of molasses a day for years. This stuff use to sit on the shelf in many stores but not anymore. I think taking the molasses is better than dying the hair. It is better for the health too. I notice that the price of molasses is increasing because it is becoming so popular. When I do order from amazon. I usually stock up. Thanks for doing this journey. AskJaime its a good thing to share these natural remedies on social media sites however these companies are watching these videos also. They are seeing how we are using these products so they are raising the prices. If you remember coconut oil was basically pennies on the dollar, olive oil was also somewhat cheap and honey is medicinal, the prices have increased because they know we are using those products to make soaps and DIY skin care. My great grandmother used to give us molasses every day for medicinal care.

Okay so I will be updating results frequently (I think)
I’m 16 years old and I’ve had grey hairs since like primary school
I started taking one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses with hot water everyday in the morning since October 12.
It’s been nearly three months and I still do have a lot of grey hairs but I feel like the rate at which my hairs are turning grey are slowing down - I don’t see that many new ones.
I have also noticed a change in my period cramps - I don’t have as much pain as before.
I’m still going to keep going and will hopefully seem some changes
Update : Feb 4 I haven’t really seen much change since last time but I have found a few hairs where it is really really black and thick and I have kind of dark dark brown hair not black so the black strap molasses may have had an impact. I will update if I have seen a dramatic change

I've been taking organic molasses for almost a year and I have some considerations to say. First, I'd like to point out that eating foods that contain copper will not make your hair acquire a brown/copper color. This is not logical. If you have black hair and you notice some of them are brown, it means those are in the process of becoming gray, that is, they're losing their color. So, brown hair isn't a good sign. Now let's go to the good news. For many times I saw some of my hair strands divided in white and black color. The first part of the strand was black and the second white. So, this at least proves a white hair can become black again. I'm not in my 30's yet, so I still have a lot of black hair and I'm trying to revert the grays I already have and to prevent more from appearing. My main concern is regarding my beard, and I think molasses is doing a good job, since the few grays I had in my beard disappeared. But in my head the process is slower and the result is still not satisfactory.

I’m 42 and haven’t lost any hair, but I’m starting to notice a few grays. I’m not worried about it making me look older, I just think it looks sloppy lol. I may give this a try! I have dark brown hair, so even if the grays changed to that copper color, that would work too 👍

All you need is Garlic Tariaki Sauce & Molases. For one large piece of Salmon I put a quarter cup of Garlic Tariaki Sauce and a quarter cup of Molases. I blend them together to make a nice thick sauce. I use Skinless Salmon and marinate in it for about an hour before broiling. I broil each side for 8 minutes in a glassware. I garnish it with fresh cut scallions and cilantro which adds texture, fragrance and taste. You can make it a nice meal by adding a side dish of Basmatti White Rice with a few drops squirted of lime or lemon juice. Serve it with Riesling Wine if you drink some. Notice - No Oil or Butter needed. Key is to marinate for an hour and broiling each side for 8 minutes. Let me know how it came out.

    • @Altamisal
      @Altamisal 6 років тому +14

Well, here is what Dr. Axe says about it:
      draxe.com/blackstrap-molasses/
"It's perfectly safe to consume blackstrap molasses in food amounts, and it supplies the essential vitamins and minerals that keep your body functioning properly.
Some people might develop allergic reactions to molasses due to a sensitivity toward the sulfite present in sulfured molasses. For this reason, I suggest you purchase unsulfered blackstrap molasses. Also, keep in mind that the glycemic index for molasses is 55, which is moderate and means that people should not consume large amounts of it. It should be used as a more nutritious sweetener."

Wheat grass is loaded with all sorts of things our bodies need and while I do drink wheat grass occasionally for the plethora of benefits it offers, I can't say I'm a fan of the taste lol. So mixing the two together... I can't imagine it's enjoyable! It sure does sound healthy though. If its just a shot in the morning, I suppose it could be easy to get down...

It not only turn your hair black but it grows it too . I see the difference in your videos so it's worth a try . I use it too and stop using it and the greys came right back . Plus my iron levels drop also. So I'm going to start back up doing the molasses again. Great video

UPDATE: I'm still adding OBSM/Organic Black Strap Molasses to my a.m. coffee and just last month (JAN'19) I noticed that some of the new hair growth is coming in DARKER! I'm so thrilled. My hair looks fuller and healthier. Thank you again for sharing this. 👍❤🤗
After watching your video in July I decided to give it a try. I started adding 1Tblsp to my daily a.m. organic coffee and have done so for almost 6 months now. While it has not reversed the grey in my hair (I have a lot; I'm in my late 50's), it HAS helped fill in a couple of bald spots I developed on the top of my head. I'm also seeing a lot more new growth around my hairline! The gal who cut my hair recently commented on how healthy my hair looked. So it appears that my body is able to better absorb all of the minerals from the molasses rather than through daily supplement pills. THANK YOU so much for sharing.
    Lots of✌❤ in 2019!!!

I just started taking molasses, and although it's really bitter, I can only tolerate it by taking a tablespoon full of it and quickly drinking water after. I tried adding it to drinks but it ruins the flavor. Let's hope it works.

People always say that hair is dead once it leaves the follicle, but if black strap molasses can turn the color, doesn't that mean it's alive?
So glad I stuck this out with you, and you stuck it out with us! Going to try to add this to my daily smoothies ☺️

    • @Deanriley

Hair is dead which is why it doesn't hurt to cut it; the color change will be in the new growth and any change is in the development of the strands before they emerge..

the dead hair was dyed, i feel this is so dishonest...dead hair which is the ends of her hair should remained gray unless dyed...if any color changes should be at roots and 1 year growth..but the whole strand is black...not from molasses!
