Besides diet, supplements, and exercise it helps your full body get in alignment! So I think you should try it as soon as possible! Give it at least 3-4 months! What do you have to lose! Don’t be discouraged with the e3g and pdg decreasing after ovulation, the estrogen falls right after and then rises mid-luteal,, progesteron can be slightly up right before ovulation but the real rise begins with delay, so around 2-3dpo I would say. So the key is testing until 6-7dpo that's when you will see the pdg rise above 7 to confirm ovulation. And I'd rather look for the overall patterns in Mira not the levels per se, those can be individual and even with low levels you can ovulate as normal.
Yes, exactly! I made a few of those comments in the video as well! Thank you so much for your encouragement! And it’s weird because when it puts it in the app, it has a slightly lower number than what it gives you on the actual screen of the box, and on two DPO, my natural progesterone went up to an eight. I think I showed that in one of my screenshots it said 7.5, but on the screen it said eight so I was so happy with that! Thank you so much for your support and kindness as always! @@andreapoole4778 Exactly what I remember from using Mira! Sometimes the readings drove me crazy lol! And funny because with two of my pregnancies the e3g levels on cycles when we actually conceived were definitely not in average ranges but ended in totally healthy pregnancies and healthy babies! Also, one thing Mira is great even if they don’t tell you that, look for second pdg rise around 10dpo you will know implantation happened without even testing!🙂can't wait for your bfp this cycle!

Im 15 weeks postpartum and instead of a period I'm spotting. I am breastfeeding but i didnt have this with my last baby . Feel so stressed about it. Im calling the dr anyway anything out of the norm makes me stress 😅🙈

Hi Andrea! I’m mid-video, but Mira confirms ovulation if your PDG is 5 or greater 4-5 days after ovulation! Also I would keep an eye on your estrogen numbers. The “ideal” chart would have your estrogen higher than the PDG on the chart post-ovulation.

I usually do 30 minutes, too. At least I did the last few times i inseminated in January, and February, the 2nd round was successful. I did. However, i made sure I had an orgasm, which makes your PH more sperm friendly and helps sperm move towards the cervix. Some say It doesn't do anything, but I think it does.
@@elisa7357having an orgasm actually makes the ph more alkaline and that can kill off the male Sperm (they say, whoever they is hehe) so maybe you’ll have a girl if all works out ❤❤

Question : is 20 minutes to long for the easy at home ovulation test? I know after a certain amount of time it’s not good to read , I usually set a timer for 5-7 minutes , think I’m not waiting enough ?
Actually in my experience it’s done at 15 to twenty minutes. It says to read at five but it’s not even done processing at 5 minutes. I read somewhere on their site that they even changed it to read at ten minutes. But I wait 15 to 20 before taking the picture for the ratio. I think you got it right! I hope this helps! ♥️♥️

Are you supposed to lie still after insemination for a time? I know that is advised for TTC women after having intercourse?
Well so many say different things. I personally lay for 30 minutes after. I want to make sure the sperm are well inside before getting up!😊♥️
