Yo great vid bro. I watch these vids usually on my break during work every Saturday and I would say it's definitely a part of my routine now lol. Can't wait till the next one and as always keep doing what your doing!
Thanks brother! That's so awesome, it means a ton to me to have the support. I might be getting a mic soon to do some mic'd up practices... Do you think that'd be cool?
Unfortunately we don't have an easy way to time them like an official timing gate and it takes forever to set up phones with an app to get the splits so we don't time these most of the time. I really wish we did, it would be awesome to have that data, but it isn't worth the time it would take to set up. Once we get our hands on a couple of phone tripods then it'll be a lot faster and we can start timing a lot more of the stuff we do
We've been doing a really high volume version, with 3 sets of 3 clusters each, 15-30 seconds between exercise, 1 minute-ish between clusters, and 5-8 minutes between sets. Again it's very high volume and I wouldn't necessarily recommend that to others but we seem to be handling it really well with the base of training we have built up so far

Hey, I would love to see a video on post-activation potentiation. Looking good 👍
I will make sure to get it on the list. Thank you so much for watching!
When's your season opener?
It's January 19th. As of now, I'll probably be running the 60, 200, and 4x4
What were your times on the 20m flys?

No access to Freelap?@@SimonShawk5
Unfortunately not. That would be a game changer but our program doesn't have that kind of budget right now
What is rest between PAP??
