Corny used to say Warrior got over with people via mass hypnosis, somehow Tony still has some people watching so he must have some crap hypnosis skills too.
Would've loved to have seen Tony try to deal with Warrior back in the day, with how he handled Punk I think he'd flee the country if Warrior went off on him.

Btw Takeshita and Hobbs are in the same faction and one of them beat kenny omega twice and the other beat the shit out of Jericho. And this faction had orgins in screwing over kenny omega and the elite and having guys who should in kayfabe be top talent and betraying Chris Jericho.

One of Jay White's forst matches in AEW was against a luchador a foot shorter, and 80 pounds lighter. Imagine booking your new, badass wrestler to struggle against much smaller guy. Tony needs to fire his booker... Oh wait
Jay White, Mark Briscoe, Takeshita, Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs are all victims of Tony's abysmal booking. I'm glad Ricky finally spoke up about it today. Hopefully Jim and Brian talk about what he said. It was very telling.

Three of the guys u mentioned here were all Punk guys in Collision, Jay White pinned Punk, Ricky pinned Punk and Hobbs was attending Punk's lessons backstage. CM Punk had good plans to elevate them hopefully they will jumpship elsewhere.

Jay gets lost in his promos absolutely but I can't buy Jim and Brian pretending he doesn't have charisma. He just needs a good producer or agent to focus his promos on whatever the point is.
Lots of talent and he could be a legitimate main event threat but he's stuck in the multi-man nonsense no one cares about.
Him versus Pac will be absolutely one of the best matches on the DoN card. And watch Tony do something daft and instead book Death Triangle v BCG on the card which no one will care about.
Jay White is another guy who is built for WWE more than AEW. His promos will work in E as it is heavily produced and he will have the scripts and right material and production. Even his in-ring style fits WWE better than AEW, as it's more focused on psychology, slow pace and tells a story, instead of spotfest indie backyard match. By now he would have been North American champion and might have been the one to take the title off Trick Williams.

Jay White's greatest (perhaps only) contribution to AEW has been getting the Gunns over. They missed the mark during his semi-feud with MJF.

I really enjoyed Jay in his tag matches with Juice. For me, it's his promo style. It makes me wanna blow my brains out. He takes the long road to say anything and repeats himself in a different way, like 30 times.
His backstage promos in new Japan were excellent, much more off the cuff and free flow

At this point, Jay "Switch The Channel" White might be the biggest failure from New Japan to AEW. But he never recovered after being clowned on by Kommander in his first match. It's funny AEW fans shit on the idea of Jay White vs the Miz in WWE but after seeing how Jay White has been handled in AEW, that doesn't look so bad. Hell a NXT run would be better than this.

Has he ever watched any wrestling pre Attitude era? Just watch 83-84 Mid South, 85-88 Crockett, heck..80's WWF had a lot of stuff worth learning from. Just do the exact same thing. Just use folks people want to pay for.
This is perverse that this privileged son of a billionaire (who is either on something elicit or on the Spectrum or both) just does this with the locker room's livelihoods, so he can get his jollies.
All the careers you have tainted (Hook, White, Swerve, FTR, Warlow, Buddy,and more) you should provide them with pensions, whether they leave or or not. You' have devalue them and hopefully they sue you.

In my honest opinion, I don't think Jay White is really any good. I've been a wrestling fan for 40 years. He hasn't provided any proof from what I seen to Deserve 3 belts. I also heard he's very arrogant. What you see on TV is Really him.
Nope in Japan he had good storylines and good matches, that trios belt is just participation trophy to let people know he isn't buried though he is. It's Tony Khan failure he can't produce him or present him. He is not arrogant like u say, coz that's the character he plays and tries to maintain kayfabe. If he was arrogant i don't think he would have got along with Punk backstage.
Give it a year and Ospreay will be in the same boat.
Khan is paying these guys a lot of money but he has no idea how to turn them into stars.
I think he just lacks basic awareness of what a wrestling fan looks like. He seems to think that we're all like him and follow everything in the indies etc. We don't. As a wrestling fan I checked out Jay White and Ospreay before they appeared on AEW but I'd never seen either of them work before that. He needs to sell them to an audience who aren't familiar with what they've done and he starts them off on huge contracts before 99% of the audience even knows who the fuck they are.
