This video is about my first day's experience of visiting Aizawl. I am sharing the information based on several topics. In the beginning, I have shared information regarding the public transport between Lengpui Airport to Aizawl. There are no public buses between the Lengpui airport and Aizawl city. The fare from Lengpui airport to Aizawl in a Sumo starts from 2000 Rs. Check the link for cheaper prepaid taxi fares. touristhelpline.com/visiting-aizawl-mizoram
Thereafter, in the video, I have shared information on the places to stay in Aizawl. There are a lot of private hotels in Aizawl, but I stayed in a Government guest house in Chaltlang, Aizawl. Rooms are available from Rs 600, and on-phone booking is possible. Check the link to get the phone number of Chaltlang tourist lodge. Next topic is related to Best time to visit Mizoram and vegetarian food in Aizawl. After that, I went to experience the public transport in Aizawl. I have shared in the video about Aizawl's minibus fare and taxi fares. Beware of Aizawl's traffic jams. You can also take a bike taxi in Aizawl to dodge the traffic jams. I have shared the bike taxi fare in the link.
I have also shared my experience with the mobile networks in Aizawl. How Jio, Airtel, BSNL and Vodafone worked for me in Mizoram.

I learned from Fluppy Gabriel Iglesias an American comedian titled in UA-cam 'Fluppy goes to India' that Indians communicated by honking.
We rarely honk here in California, only if driver's makes mistakes. But for me rarely honk for the fear of being gun shot.

Thank you for highlighting my city Aizawl. One thing that pops into my mind is that though we are located remotely and anybody hardly speaks Hindi, just want to mention that we are still as Indians in heart and in mind as any of our fellow Indians.
P.S. The rates for two wheeler taxis depends greatly upon whether its uphill or downhill drive.

Absolutely true. As per govt price.. 1 kilometers Rs 20 around (not sure exact rate). But Aizawl road is mostly like hill transport. So, the consume of oil is much more.. we have to understand.

Love you winkle. I am from South Assam and I am also not less than any Indian, we are all same. But the problem is that we Indians donot know each other so well, we need to connect people to people, need to know each other's culture, language and history. If it becomes possible then diversity will become our power instead of becoming our weakness. And the one more thing is education, when India will become fully literate then lots of problems will get resolved. One reason behind Mizoram people obeying laws is that literacy rate in Mizoram is 99%, which is amazing. Love you Mizoram, Land of I-League champions😘

I am from Rajasthan and I love North East India very much, 2 days ago I did not know anything about North East India, One day I was watching the Pakistani news channel,So it was talked about India's North East region,That is the base of missiles in Mizoram,Then I researched that you were amazed me a lot,Then I completed my entire study of India's seven sisters, at the end of 2 daysAnd then tears in my eyes,And I want to apologize to people of North East India by the people of my entire India. And now I want to spread awareness about the North East India region in the whole of India. This is my motto .And I would like to say to the people of North East India that not everyone is a racist These are very few people who talk about the type of racist agian I'm sorry & we appeal govt. To develop infrastructure in NE region

I was once lived or a better way to say studied there near to Gujarat state called Haryana, believe me i was totally ignored and they do not know where the Mizoram is from, i felt like as if i were alien who descended from sky. Later i came to know that the people who are less fortunate and in educations are the most who does not recognized us. But, i felt ok and accepted the fact that since our up-bringing are different, but some people are very good and open minded in terms of exchanging our cultures, respecting. Anyways, seeing your comment makes me want to share my experience, most importantly I'm very motivated by the courage you have to apology and shows how honest u are, hope the rest of our country sees you as an example of a fellow Indian who are interested in others' cultures. Peace.

why should we consider them Indians? Can you go to bangladesh and live a peaceful live their? Do they allow non muslims to follow their religions peacefully? I dont think so. Wait till the time they become more than 25 % of population and see what havoc they create in your state. Bengal has already been made hell. Their hindus are suffering because of them. And these bangladeshis are not at all Indian. Because if they were Indians then they wouldnt have demanded a separate nation in the first place.

I can see from your video that there is traffic jam but I noticed everyone is following the rule. no one is over tacking. cars stopping on zebra crossing. We people here must learn from them. and Our govt must look after north east. They are Indians, I don't understand why govt has not given any priority in last 70 yrs

The reason has to be recognized and remedial measured should be taken. India as a nation cannot command respect in the world comity if a nook of hers is not clean. It is the job of every Indian to give this a serious thought.

Uttam Jyoti Borah that is true. What could be the possible reason? Is it the high literary rate of Mizoram or the Christian discipline?

This is the place where Indian govt. Bombed their own people. Sad isn't it but it won't be told by History books.
Manipuri lanagague and all the other northeast langagues(or dilaect) are very different.
It is different just like Punjabi and Rajasthani. Different state so its obvious different langague.
