jennie glendenning - NOT TRUE!. Once u buy them already stored refrigerated they must be kept that way, preferably not in door but in middle rack , so that the temperature stays consistent

I've seen tons of fridge organisation videos but you're the first one to wash those containers and advise us to do so too. Thumbs up for that 👍💯
Hi mama 💕 love love this video. 🔥Hot tip for you, I line my fridge drawers with clear fridge liners that way, if anything spills or crumbs fall, they go right onto the liners so I just take those out and clean them off. Makes it a bit easier than having to haul the drawers out everytime☺️
Love that you advise others to wash newly purchased bins, etc. FYI to clean veggies spray them with vinegar and rinse. You may find turn tables aka lazy susans useful as well.

Looks awesome! For the eggs you can always rip off or cut out the part on the container with the expiration date and just put it at the back of the organizer and switch it out when you buy a new carton of eggs

If you're only buying a dozen at a time, and you are not storing them on the counter, then you really don't need an expiration date. Most eggs will last 6 or more weeks in the fridge. I'd say most people are going through more than 2 eggs a week

You did a fantastic job! I love the clear bins in different sizes. They look perfect. With your egg container, I use one and cut out the date in a neat square and stick/slide it on the inside front so I always see the date. It’s gotten to be such a habit that works well. 😊💗💕🌸🥰

Love that you didn’t go crazy with the bins! I think they’re helpful in moderation, but if you use too many it ends up taking up more space in the end. Love the cheese/meat drawer!

Omg hi I’m new and I love this set up because it’s realistic you still keep your left overs and use food containers!! Not many people who make videos like these don’t keep room for stuff like that! Cleaning tip- I use distilled white vinegar and hot water to clean especially stainless steel it works miracles or pure lemon juice, vinegar and a little water is also good I put it in a spray bottle and it works as a disinfectant but with natural ingredients

Omg thank god! Finally there are someone who cleans their organizational product before using! I see a lot of people be storing food and drinks in these container without cleaning it and this makes me worried for them so much. I would suggest you to turn off and unplugged your refrigerator first if you going to keep it open for this long time because it’s not really safe for you. I also would recommend you to use just vinegar to clean your fridge. Not only it can clean really good and it’s safe but also your transparent shelfs will be shinier! Great video by the way.
Plus, if you want to store veggies like that salad, it’s going to last way longer if you don’t wash them before storing.

Super love. If there was a heart button for youtube I would give a multiple heart for your channel. I agree with this. Like you, I have to remove every inserts and shelves in the fridge and wash it. I do this all the time whenever I clean our fridge because for me wiping them isnt enough at all. 😍😍😍😍

One thing to keep in mind, especially when you have an older fridge but it’s good to remember this for newer ones as well, is that there’s a lot of bacteria etc growing underneath the plastic things that cover the edges on the shelves and drawers. So if you can, remove them next time you clean your fridge, and clean really well under those.

Great ideas! I also feel the same way when it comes to cleaning my fridge. I do not use to chemicals at all. I just use hot water, vinegar and like 2 or 3 drops of soap and a sponge. After wiping it down, sometimes I get some vanilla extract to cancel the vinegar smell if I put too much vinegar or if people dont like the smell of it. Its a healthier way to clean the fridge and you dont sacrifice when it comes to the fridge actually getting clean. I also clean my microwave like this since food goes in there too. Hope it's helpful and hopw you try it out 😊

I'm obsessed with the round condiment squeeze bottles. I love 'em so very much. "Always Lorna Marie", "At Home with Nikki" and "Simply Cherie" still have their videos about the organized fridges with their round condiment squeeze bottles, better than the labeled, different-shaped bottles. If anyone uses his/her round bottles, then they can possibly save some space. My 4 "16-oz." OXO bottles separately have mustard, ketchup, honey barbecue sauce and pancake syrup in my kitchen's cabinet. I love to play with my 20 other empty "12-to-16-oz." "Farberware, OXO & Tablecraft" bottles so I can hold, stack and squeeze 'em on my office desk in my bedroom. "Squeeze" is my favorite word. When my 4 OXO bottles are low in my favorite condiments, I separately squeeze 'em into my correct, labeled, different-shaped bottles. I wash my OXO bottles and separately refill 'em toward the bottlenecks. I'm not an online shopper, but I'd wanna get the larger bottles so I could play with 'em. Look up "pancake art challenge" on UA-cam because you'll spot the round bottles. ☺💗☺💗☺💗
Those stuffed peppers are absolutely delicious! I usually make my own but saw these last weekend and picked them up. I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a rebuy.

I like to use a mix of vinegar and water with some baking soda sprinkled on the shelves to clean and deodorize. Totally natural and antibacterial. I use vinegar/water/baking soda in so many places around my house.

Simple soap and water that's all the fridge needs!
I use Method anti bacterial spray for almost everything in my home and their bathroom and shower cleaners as these really clean well and smell really good and don't leave any residue either.

That was really inspiring ☺️Just a Tipp, you can put some of the smaller shelves of your fridge in the dishwasher from time to time. Just one at the time, maybe before grocery shopping when it’s a little more empty
I bought containers for my fridge and I've been dreading this for a week now. Definitely needed the inspiration! Oh and depending on the product you can get the stickers off with a little nail polish remover. Great for glass, plastics and metal.

Benzinum medicinale or medical gasoline i think is the translation to english is a great thing for removing glue/sticky residue off of everything..I am a nurse and we use it when removing the bandages, its also good for drying up the wounds after stitches..

I am so inspired by this video . I am cleaning out my fridge this weekend.
Trick i use for removing stickers: lemon essential oil. I get mines from young living and it’s amazing
Lemon essential oil can be used to get that sticky residue off any item.
But most of these are plastic containers... wouldn’t the lemon start to eat away at them too?
Okay your fridge seems so big and spacious! We just moved and got a new double door one but I swear it seems smaller! I wish we’d gotten one this style with the top and both doors being the fridge then just a freezer drawer. But I guess it’s good, forces me to keep an eye on leftovers and fruit/veggies so nothing goes bad. Thanks for linking those quart containers, I’m liking that idea for salad prep. Hopefully they fit in my veggie drawer!!

For the eggs container I tear the expiration date off the carton place in container great video I take a maker and write on the or whatever it is close to the expiration date so I can use it up or have to get rid of it I use microfiber cloth and dish soap to

Use a hair dryer and warm up the stickers and they’ll peel right off!! Then use the goo gone as needed!🙂

You can always use natural ingredients to clean your fridge -- baking soda, vinegar, fresh lemon, essential oils.
I'm always afraid to make things myself now because Chad said a few weeks ago never mix bleach and amonia and honestly I had no idea lololol 🤗🌸💕

@@SimplyAlexandra Yes! Stay away from those items, especially since you have a little one coming into the house soon. I use bleach to disinfect some areas, but not all the time. I've learned a few years ago that bleach doesn't clean, it only disinfects. So, it's unnecessary to use it all the time. Vinegar works well when combined with other natural ingredients, and you can make all kinds of mixes to use all throughout the house. I even splash vinegar in my laundry loads. And, stick with Mrs. Meyers and Method cleaning products.

This might sound stupid but my mom used to have a bowl of charcoal in our fridge and it really helped against the horrific smell in your fridge.
Great video! I used to think the egg holder was silly too, until I got one. There are 6 of us so we use a lot of eggs. I can easily stack 2 of the 21 count holders on top of each other and then put a container of lettuce or something on top because the holders are hard. Also, I can see tge eggs at a glance. No more thinking I have plenty of eggs and going to make something and finding I have 1 egg. You can mark the date on the edge if you'd like.
