@@localenterprisebroadcastin5971 haha 😆 they do shake. Actually I wanted the xb12 lightning but it was rare to find one at the time I bought my XB9. I'm still on the market to find a XB12 and have both but I can't excuse having two as of now. It just feels so good riding a sport motorcycle with a roar like a hot rod.
I have the EBR 1190SX he built in 2014, it’s the only bike I kept because it’s a blast!

I own an 02 Buell M2 Cyclone, an 05 Buell XB12R firebolt and my pride and joy 2014 EBR1190RX. All I can say is that everyone should own a buell! I'm super happy that Buell was resurrected again this year! I would love to have the new Super Cruiser.

Good on Eric for having a go. It’s easy to knock the Buell, but variety is the spice of life.
FINALLY! SOMEONE that knows the V4 was developed by Porsche which is a car I own and also own a Buell! I got a 2009 1125RCR Also with a few mods! I got 28k on the clock and from lite to lite even the new bikes get left! Great video!
I have the xb12r, next year i am going to be purchasing the Buell Hammerhead. I also want to buy the super cruiser too. The handling that buell put in their bikes is 2nd to none.
For me the Super Cruiser is my goal.. I will sell my 2008 Ulyesses at that point.
Erik designed a bike 3:07 shows a bike Erik didn't design. 3:30 a company was born, shows Grand Rapids Buell. Lol I dunno if this was intentional. Great video though, loving the style. I own a 23' 1190 Rx and a 13' 1190 Rs.

For Example photos of the Buell Cruiser which was designed and built by Roland Sands and may be built by the new Owners of Buell Motorcycles in Grand Rapids MI which has nothing to do with Eric Buell .

I've got four Buells. The only type I need to get to complete the whole collection is a tuber and I guess the newer buells as well. Gotta love the Buells.

I have two Buell's, one from the time he was with HD a Buell XB12 SCG and a EBR 1190RX. I love the bikes, but, If I was not an engineer, my 1190RX would have been garaged a long time ago due to more problems than I like to list. All these sorted by myself.
I bought a 1190rx in October. What issues did you run into?
I don't mind working on my bike but I don't want to have to break it down after every weekend of riding.
@@devanduckworth5709 water in the starter, broken dash, water in the cable connector from the stator, stator cables chewed off by the engine positioning tooth wheel, cable came off in the ignition switch, lost the spring to the kick stand, rectifier broke, mirror broke, cooling water pump leak, holes in the exhaust can, replaced the rear shock- it did not keep up on the track, mounting bracket head light broke, signal lights took water, had a shake on the front brake ''shiver'', fairing broke everywhere. Intake tub soaked in oil from the engine vent, will lock up in 2nd gear on hard acceleration shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Low level fuel light on constant, Replaced one camshaft due to damages on the cam runway. Replaced 02 sensors, replaced air intake temp sensor, replaced 2 fuel injectors.

Eric Buell's ideas are great and was able to put together a powerfully fast motorcycle with great handling and a lot to offer. However, his motorcycles when compared to Suzuki's Hayabusa's of the same year as his Buell bikes, the Suzuki Hayabusa is the clear winner and leaves the Buell in the dust.
In a 1/4 mile and top end, yes the Hayabusa is faster. Has 2 more cylinders and more CC's than the Buell.On the track however the EBR would win. That's what it was designed for. It hangs with Ducatis and other track oriented bikes.
That's a terrible comparison. The Busa & 1190RX aren't even the same type of bikes. Different categories. Only comp to a Busa is a ZX-14R. A fair comparison is a Ducati Pannigale V4R/S, Aprilia RSV4 1100, etc..
They even not competitive in WSBK
Can't imagine if they long last in ECW
