Don't Tell the Truth (If)

This is part 1 of a 3 part series on the non-negotiable roles of a leader. The first role is that of being a Truth-Teller. Of course, leaders need to tell the truth but if your truth-telling is told devoid of the three key pre-requisites, then your truth telling will come across as harsh, impersonal and non-influencing.
