4 months with lee vs nearly 2 years with Christa. Shes out there i know it
Christa is more than likely dead tho I miss her and omid too
But with Lee there was more quality or quantity
Lee taught her to shoot,cut her hair,to be brave and when he is bitten he full on goes on an Arthur Morgan arc to protect her and the others around him
With Lee around clem felt safe because every situation she was in he saved her and she was never harmed
Take for example the girl in the toilets who was aiming a gun at her
Instead of omid going in there and tryna be sneaky and take the gun
Lee would have been there pulled the gun out of his back pocket and aimed it at her before the door made a noise or even be in there already with her whilst she washes her face or be guarding the toilet door waiting for her to get out
What im tryna say is even tho clem had omid and christa she was the most safe with Lee
Christa became a little tough on clem after omid’s death which I don’t fault her for she truly did love clem but Lee was something else man
@@RubTheDuck 1. We can't tell what the quality with Christa was like. The writers skip over everything. So you're acting on unknown information. We have no idea what the 3 of them got into. And after 2 years I hardly think she didn't feel just as safe as she did with Lee. Hell Christa unironically did better. Purely by numbers.
2. Lee was a clumsy shit you can't act like he wasn't stumbling all over the place. Also, the only reason the girl got in the bathroom in the first place is because the writing was bad. Omid WAS guarding the door and they just ignore it and have the girl sneak in anyway. Lee wouldn't have done better. Also the gun she took from clem, was Lee's gun. So he either wouldn't be armed and would've been shot like omid, or he would be armed and the situation wouldn't have happened anyway cause the black girl was unarmed to begin with. The hypothetical isn't worth getting into.
3. We saw 1 scene of them sitting in the cold, both starving and lost. Her being pissy and somewhat cold with clem, was not being tough on or even being aggressive to clem. They were dying.
4. This over hype for Lee is exactly why season 4 and it's flashbacks were so stupid. Clems story is not just Lee. But that's all anyone remembers. Hell throughout most of 2 when asked what she wants to do, clem repeatedly can say "I really just wanna find Christa."

Hard for Lee to prevent deaths of people when there is like 7 in the group
The thing is if it weren’t for Lee, clementine would have been killed so many times and would still be with that stranger at the end of the first game
Again quality or quantity
If Christa taught clem anything notable they would have showed us through dialogue or flashback
I was high balling lee when I brought up Omid’s death and how he would have handled it but Lee has shown to have quick reactions and likely could have prevented the situation btw if u want an example of good reaction
Take episode 2 with kenny in the barn and u open up the gate door and the guy is there with a shotgun aimed at u out of nowhere
Lee was stumbling over the place yes as he had no experience with the walkers and was quite frankly panicking but do u not see in the last chapter the mf fighting an army of walkers just to get to Clementine
And ill use ur own point against u here
We never got to see Christa at the beginning of the outbreak so how can we know if she wasn’t stumbling over the place out of panic of the walkers
The only thing I can agree with u here on that I was wrong about was Christa being hard on clem and one of the scenarios of lee in Omid’s position
Im not here to argue and im sorry if im giving off that kind of vibe but if u have anything more to say i’d be happy to hear it
@@Bigolhusk I thought Omid and Christa dying at the end of the 2nd game was pure bullshit cause they never lasted an episode of it and I felt we missed out on really good characters but
People mostly only remember Lee when they think of Clem’s story but thats because we shape who Lee is throughout season 1
And when he dies at the end of the first game and then we play as Clem in the second game
We feel how clem feels cause we made the Lee we loved
Now the things i’ve said have been controversial to be honest with u but ill say a big point that I think isn’t
If it weren’t for Lee clem wouldn’t have met any of the others and he came to her when she had no one
And when she was kidnapped Lee was the one who saved her before he died
Imagine that someone who u met and took care of u is only one to be bitten by a walker out of all ur surviving group and he’s the one who made it to the hotel to save u
Would that not leave an impact on u?
In conclusion I don’t think Christa was as good to clem as Lee but she is second for sure and I wish we got to see more of her
