You kept even against Stockfish while thinking you were playing someone your level. It really shows how the way you perceive your opponent affects your strength. I know you're probably not going to "unretire" anytime soon, but I'd like to see you play a tournament with as much confidence as you had in this game.

This video is 100% relatable. I was grinding to 1800 Rapid ELO, and then I got paired with a 1950 rated cheater. The cheter played a catalan. It never occurred to me that they were cheating... the position was very tense, but I still held on and defended well. Suddenly, they just resigned with 6 minutes left, on the 24th move. I checked their profile and it turns out that they got banned in the game against me. That cheater only lost TWO GAMES, one when they were at 700 elo, and one by me. THEY LITERALLY MADE THEIR ACCOUNT 7 HOURS BEFORE THEY PLAYED AGAINST ME, grinded from 700 to 2000 elo, then got banned. 😂😂😂

For what little it is worth Levy, this is the type of content I ADORE. Specifically, focusing on what you felt and thought at the time of the game and how your reasoning worked. This is the good stuff man, just letting us see how a player of your level thinks and reacts while playing chess in a format where you can also break it down in more depth for us, especially why you thought certain things (It really doesn't even matter how well you do in the games as long as you point out ideas that may have been better or if there was some computer move in a position that would've been killer).

"At your level". Bold assumption that people at my level know pawns can move two squares on their first move.

Maximum respect for you, it cannot be denied that you are one of those who work the most in the recovery genre. I hope one day to be like you in the recovery moves, from Germany I will continue, blessings to all here.

6:15 "At my level when I play a cheater, they play moves that have very subtle details and those details only become obvious to you once the move is on the board." Interestingly, I have the same experience at my level, except my version of "subtle" is when I realize I just dropped my queen within striking distance of the enemy's bishop four squares away.

13:18 when I use stockfish to learn chess, sometimes the first stockfish tell me this is the best move/line but the other stockfish said that it was an innacuraccy.

I'm so happy for myself that I correctly predicted the Ng6 move by white to provoke a sack.
