A city is devastated by an earthquake, causing SCP-3456 to come feed off the chaos. Back at the Foundation, researcher Dr. Bloom receives the journal of Francis Bloom, his ancestor who fought in world war one. As he begins to Francis' entries, Bloom discovers that SCP-3456 had also appeared on the battlefields of Europe during the Great War.

I have a great idea on how Cory returns. He will wake up in a bed in the hospital, and he will act like the way he acted in Joe schmo, but he is slightly translucent, and has no memory of anything that happened after the Joe Schmo episode until he meets someone else (probably Iris or the new site director). And he looks like cory from later episodes.

To those who think SCP-3456 is the horsemen of war, your wrong. The SCP is based on a mythical creature called the nuckelavee from Scottish folk lore. I see a lot of people get this information mixed up so I wanted to correct it.

I don't think the CI actually pursue chaos. If I remember the name came from one of the founding members calling it "One of the most chaotic insurgencies there's ever been" and the name just stuck.
