@@ONI1013. The LS platform has so many control arms for the front suspension alone, that the OEM replacements will cost about $1000. This was maybe 3 years ago when I had mine, but you can get an aftermarket Mevotec kit for $800 total. The labor would be around 4 hours for basic suspension, 5 hours of labor for Air suspension models. It has a very complex front end suspension. It was night and day difference to my IS. I owned both. The air filters weren't bad, and you can get Toyota models. Maybe $60 for two airbox filters and the cabin filters. 9 quarts of oil, not sure about the transmission fluid, b/c it's too complex to do at home. I'd recommend a shop for that b/c it's not so simple like other vehicles. They have the Brembo brakes b/c it's an L version, I guess. I had the base model, still big brakes, just not Brembo, and the pads and rotors were $380 for the front, from the Lexus dealer (not bad at all, consider how huge the brakes are). As far as what they charge to do all this, there's no telling. It said 2 months, but who knows how many hours per day they spent. I'd guess the labor and detailing would be $5K for a customer, plus parts. Spend 2500 at first, then spend 15k in repairs. Amazing job, but these are the most expensive lexus's to repair and own. Every injector loves to crack or leak, the valley pan loves to leak and in order to remove it you have to take the front timing cover off aswell as the accessories among other things. The starter loves to crap out because its under the exhaust manifold and gets heat soaked, ie you have to remove the manifold, the air suspension loves to crap out, all of the bushings and arms can be really expensive aswell, and not going OEM really does not pay off as you end up redoing it even sooner than the original did with EVERY one of these parts that do go bad. All of these things I've seen as low as 70k miles. I'm curious to know what kind of internal engine damage there might be. Most people who let that many maintenance issues slide on their cars, don't take care of just the engine. I wouldn't be surprised if the rings were on their last leg or the cylinders were completely matted in carbon buildup. Maybe some severely worn clutches in the transmission and some cooked seals. I would like to add, though, that it's not lost on me, the incredible workmanship and care that you've put into that car. It's admirable, and it looks incredible. Very nice work, guys. To be more specific there's a flaw of the heat exchanger design where the lip of the connections get loose or crack leaking coolant.
That was absolutely incredible and very much appreciated if you’re any kind of gear head!! Amazing attention to detail!!!
This is considered old school now? Wow time is flying.
They made love to that car…. I had to watch it to the end!!! Great job guys
Lexus LS400 the very first Lexus is the MOST BEAUTIFUL LEXUS ever built.
.
It's one I have to acquire, in addition to the 2008 LS 460. Made comment about it prior to reading.
Now...now...that's the best detailing, inside and out.
Better than other youtubers.
Nice...nice..💪💪
Every person with suspension knowledge is shaking their heads like oh hell no
For the amount of effort they put into this, it's kinda weird they get some of the basics wrong.
like what?
The best part was they got OEM replacement parts. otherwise, transformation would not be so great. Great work done by team. Totally impressed by their dedication and workmanship!
Labor of love ❤️
Heb een gs-h 450 f-sport met twee ton en 10 jaar in gebruik - van binnen en buiten nog klasse ! Superkwaliteit 👍

How is it 30k?
Absolutely fantastic. The highest quality craftsmanship. Bravo👏👏👏
Amazing! I owned a 2005 LS 400 best auto ever
He is using cheap Chinese parts. Garbage.
Shut up. Always looking for faults.
Wow, I purchased a 2011 460L in Black in July of 2023. It has 105,000 mi on it now, I did replace all control arms so far. Fantasy to have all this done...
These cars are incredibly beautiful and timeless.
Incredible craftsmanship! I wish you were in my city, I'd love to have this done to my LS430.
Just Gorgeous. I did something similar to a Saturn Sky and Saturn Aura XR both are 2008 and look immaculate inside and out.
I wish I could bring mine to you guys!!!! Craftsmanship at its finest!!!
True passion for restoration. Excellent work boys!
This is hands down the most incredibly thorough and beautiful detail job I've ever seen, and I've watched tons of these videos. That car looked like it just rolled off the production line.
For $2500 it probably needed a new engine
That is jawdropping, detailing at the highest level inside and out. I am very impressed with how you waxed the whole and made it look like glass!!! Excellent job, your work is gold standard!!!❤
In-fricking-credible!!! Never saw such a transformation before! Wow!
I wish you’re here in dubai so you can make my 430 exactly what you did here. I couldnt find someone who can do such work with so much love you put into thisb incredibly amazing work man
