Oh my. You have done something incredible with this step-by-step pizza making experience! Thank you so much for all of your work on this. I followed each of the videos and VOILA!!! Pizza that's better than my local pizzeria (if I do say so myself). Thank you thank you thank you!
I have had bread machine for years and just realized how many things it can do. Thank you for the pizza dough video it was super and now I think I'm ready to try to make my own dough.
+Jerry Lei LOL... thanks! It is so fun to make homemade pizzas especially if you are like me and don't care for standard tomato sauce that most places make.
recipe with normal values ; 300 ml warm water (about 45C so not painfully warm) 45 ml of oil 35 grams of salt 15 grams of sugar ( or 30 if you want it sweeter) optional stuff is optional , so go nuts ;) 500 grams of flour 6 grams of dry yeast add some water when its too dry (1 tablespoon of water is 15ml)
Thanks for your recipe, I'm making it right now. I did have to add 2 extra Tbsps. of water, and with the spices added, it smells heavenly! I wrote your recipe onto a recipe card, as it is a hassle to look one up each time I want to make homemade pizza. Also, I must admit, I didn't bother warming the water for the recipe, I put in cold water, knowing that it would soon be warmed up during the mixing process. It looks perfect right now, so I'm cutting up the green pepper, onion, mushrooms, cheese and pepperoni to put on top. For the sauce, I just mix a can of tomato paste with a can of mushroom pieces and add a few spices to the mixture and voila...pizza sauce to add onto the dough, after you have it in/on your pizza pan. 🍕Oh, and I loved the Italian background music!
Thank you so much for your nice comment. Glad the recipe helped. I will have to remember to get a can of mushrooms for our sauces next time. That is a great idea!
Yeah. I finally got a new machine and it has 3 different recipes for pizza dough. Might be worth trying, but so far I prefer mine. Now that I am older (and wrist is bad), I usually skip the hand kneading completely and use the machine on a "mix" setting again after the rising.
Hi! I'm new to your channel and I find it really helpful and descrptive as i desired to make perfect pizzas in my bread machine, I don't understand why your channel doesn't have more views/subscribers. From me to you... Great videos!
+Jackson Ramage So glad the video helped. If you get a chance, there is a complete guide with a lot more great information here: familyweb.us/TinkerT/default.asp?Post=93
Nice video but your title states beginners, why did you video what is next step after taking out of container & needing it then add to pan, do you cook the dough & then add fixings or add sauce, fixings on raw dough then cook? Total Newbie here
The major steps are separated into different videos. There is a list in the notes so you can see the next step. It was just too long to put into a single video. 😊
The flour is sometimes a bit different, but the main reason is even the humidity of the environment you are in can make it too sticky or too dry. So while sometimes all-in can work just right, it often will work very differently for different people/locations and even on a different day (like with rain storms going on). If you get used to adding the last bit of water you can get perfect dough every time in whatever conditions. :)
Taf & Caf so you're trying to make your own recipe other than in the manual yeah?.. coz i'm trying to look for a bread maker that makes a pizza dough like an instant,, like if the dough was done you can put your sauce and cheese on it and set it another time ,, you know what i mean.. like when you open it boom! a pizza ;D was it possible for bread maker
Would be really cool if that could happen, but I don't know of any machine that would be that automatic... well besides a pre-made frozen pizza. The pizza dough recipe is right out of my bread machine manual, but it took me quite some time to figure out why it would work perfectly on some days and be a complete failure other days... the water issue is what resolved it to be perfect every time.
mine does, add more water at the beginning I use 1 cup warm water, 2 tabs oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 sachet of dried yeast 1 tsp sugar and 3 cups flour add sugar and yeast to warm water. Let sit a little to get froth. Add to machine, add oil and salt and flour. Set on dough. Never a problem.
I think it goes more by the amount of views a video gets. In the case of this video, an advertising company can potentially reach149,932 people versus a similar video that only has 734 views.
That is because there us no exact right amount. Differece in humidity, your flour, and such means you have to add a different amount. That is why she shows what you are looking for in the dough to know you have added the right amount.
It sure seems like it the very first time, but is really much more simple once you do it one time. It becomes pretty easy once you can spot when to add a tablespoon of water and when it is sticky enough. :)
It was pretty obvious you needed more water you were jist wasting time. Even if it was a bit wet you could have added more flour. Totally not the video for beginners its very off putting!!
The whole point to it is that beginners may not know when it needs more water. The video helps beginners see when to add and when not to. If you are an expert and automatically know when to add water, then you probably don't need these videos. :)

The dough looks so cute!
+Jerry Lei LOL... thanks! It is so fun to make homemade pizzas especially if you are like me and don't care for standard tomato sauce that most places make.

My bread man machine recipe calls for 80* water & tsp dry milk!! WTH? I’m glad I see your video. The only reason I got the machine was to knead!

How long do you have to leave the dough on the bread machine?
The recipe in my bread machine book says two hours.
You want the dough to start out pretty sticky, the more it kneads the more elastic and less sticky it will be.

Up the hydration in your recipe and sprinkle in flour if it’s too wet. It’ll incorporate easier than adding water in my experience
That was it I thought you were going to show the the pizza I'm trying my bread maker right now
How to make cinnamon rolls with my bread man plus bread machine

Why such incomplete info? Video just ends with no explanation of next steps.
i thought it was automatic you just put in all the ingredients then boom! why is it like that adding water

That's an odd looking bread machine. Then I noticed the video is 8 years old.
How do you get ads on your videos with only 429 subscribers. I thought you have to have 1000 subscribers
Uggg. No idea. Wish there wasn't. I don't get anything from it.

😊 Well thanks I guess. Lol
I wouldnt let it rise in machine.
Why?
@@MsConstantza its so much easier outside the machine. Have fun!
Music is horrible
Lost track with the amount of water added!

this machine very annoying.
Bread machines in general?

Horrible video
Explain why you think it's a horrible video.
Then don't bother watching. If you think you can do better then make one.
I liked her video. Very informative.
I’m gonna try my regular pizza dough recipe but in the machine because I never remember to make it the night before.
