  • Using 500g glutinous rice to cook 12 Lo Mai Kai
    Important to soak glutinous rice over night or with water for at least 4 hours.
    For the seasoning, it’s mainly dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt and soy sauce.
    For the filling, it’s soaked / braised shiitake mushroom, chicken thigh and Chinese sausages.
