I don't think its fair to compare the "action" of f1 with these v8s. Considering the fragility, stakes, downforce, grip, ridiculous speeds, team effort, team budget what kind of "action" would you participate in as a f1 driver?

This race basically shows what racing is all about. You don't need massive budget & absolute specific car characteristic to make a racing exciting. You just let the team choose their own idea of the best car for the class while the engineers & drivers do their things to the limit

Wait, in Bathurst they said Cox was 2000cc car, now they are saying race leader (Cox) is under the 2000cc class. Many people want to know if it's a b16, b18, K20 etc but there doesn't seem to be much information
In the comments on another video someone said he was running a B20 with a Type R head. I guess he's in the under 2000cc class because the B20 is 1973cc.
No Grip it's called a Frankenstein motor. The bottom half (B20) is from a 2000 Honda CRV era and the top end is either a B18C7 (Integra Type R) or B16B (Civic Type R EK9) or a B16a (Civic VTi-R EK4 or EM1). I had the same setup in my daily driver with quad throttle bodies. Bloody awesome combination! The torque from the 2L bottom end with the revability of the other motors.
