John Barry was (and makes me so sad as I write this in the past tense) a magical magical, clever, genius human being, a man of true poetry and just a beautiful nature, an exquisite man, this tune and many others I hope complements my thinking, this track alone is beautiful
Hammett soundtrack. Underrated, little known. Black Hole soundtrack ditto. Unmistakable. Ipcress File... and on and on :) And of course one of my personal all time favourites - The Persuaders. The opening credits of that show deserves an award on its own. Ipcress File... so many.
DerpChu637 who cares about that fake bullshit? this music could go anywhere. as it stands it graced a p.o.s. script and acting thank god barry got paid
Hard to argue this isn't the best part of the score. But "Stacey Gets Kidnapped" (which wasn't released on the OST) casts a similar spell of beauty on you, just as this does.
Barry was freaking brilliant. He was such a big part of the Bond series's magic
Nah man, Living Daylights was at least as good. And I LOVE AVTAK.
barry is amasing
from russia with love to Barry =)

Barry's score's were often better then the movie. Elevating them to a new level.
powerful and touching childhood memory, powerful and touching scene, best bond soundtrack ever
Here’s to you Roger, Tanya, and of course Mr. Barry.

To the best and most beautiful Bond girl of the whole saga, Stacey (Tanya Roberts, R.I.P.)
Music about death can sound as beautiful as music about life.
This is beautiful. Such an emotive piece of music :) A View to a Kill has a lot of emotion in it, and enhanced with this amazing score
Wow, thats great. I love this song and how the instrumental version of the song is integreated in the score in so many diffefrent ways.

Leave it to John Barry to compose a 1980s pop James Bond theme song and yet could still rearrange the melody to fit the mood.
Wow thats beautiful
Simply majestic.
Tanya Roberts beautiful woman 🥰

John Barry. A genius
It's my favorite Bond movie!
Great track, just wish they had kept a fatherly (or grandfatherly) relationship.

Une des musiques les plus romantiques des films de James Bond.
I'm fascinated to know who was John Barry's muse for this piece .

Barry... where are you??
As great as Barry was even he couldn't do anything with such a high pitched tune.
