Bed knockers on them planterwhen you rip in bed you come back knocks down some of the bed

My dad said they use to run some that went straight across but dirt clogs would hang under it and drag out a ditch. That was the first V shaped ones he had seen. Looks like it would work, and you would be putting seed in fresh moisture.
