WEEK OF WORKOUTS 💪🏼 Bringing you along for my entire week of workouts Monday through Friday. I have been following this workout routine for months and is a great routine for beginners. Hopefully this video inspires you to go to the gym and gives you some workout motivation!
Workout Routine:
Day 1: legs
Glute hip thrust
Single leg hamstring curl
Straight leg deadlifts
Leg press feet placed high and wide
Quad extensions
Day 4: back/biceps
Overhand Lat pull down
Neutral lat pull downs
Machine rows
Dumbbell row
Bicep curls
Hammer grip bicep curls
Rear delt flies
Day 3:
Workout class
Day 4: shoulders/chest/tris
Chest press machine
Machine shoulder press
Incline dumbbell flies
Side laterals
Front raises
Overhead tricep extension
Rope tricep press downs
Day 5: legs
Hack squat or any squat
Straight leg deadlifts
Walking weighted lunges
Hip thrust
Lying hamstring curls
Standing calves

So so good to know how you felt as a beginner because I’m a beginner and every time I walk into the gym my confidence dissapears and i just feel so embarrassed. Something good to remember that may help anyone with this issue too is telling yourself that your one step ahead of someone who doesn’t go to the gym becuase they feel embarrassed. Just something to keep in mind. Love your videos Hailey you inspire me more and more each time

I would start with like 3 sets of 10-12 reps!

A good starter base is 3 sets of 10 reps for beginners
Her previous video like this she was going 3 sets with 12 reps or 4 sets with 10 reps. Hope that helps!

Recently joined a Pilates class 🙌🏾
Just FYI on castify phone cases they don’t protect the sides on Samsung Flip phones I had a 4 and it got damaged and does not work. I notice it also started getting loose. It is good at protecting regular phones. I would not get for any flip phone. Also the discounts don’t work on special cases.
