Nice workup on the brakes, the only issue I can see is working under it with a HI-Lift, I had a jack slip out on me, at least put the wheel under the transmission so if it does slide out you have about 12 inches of safety.

You are correct about high lift jacks. I'll go as far as to say that the front wheels were thoroughly chocked and a wiggle test was done. I probably should have included that in the video! Thank you for the feedback, it's always appreciated.

I have an NAA. I use Cenex’s HTB, a hydraulic, transmission, wet brake fluid in my transmission, hydraulic, rear axle.

That brake tool works fine if you use it right, I watch young people work on stuff, never clean your work. How long would it have taken to clean up that hub ? 5 minutes. Take pride in what you do, even if the customer doesn’t..
I guess over my 75 years we just learned to do things different. An honest days work for the pay we agreed to work for.

Why bother to clean it up. The axle seal was pouring oil out. I agree with doing a nice job but not with purposefully engaging in acts of futility.

Nothing like putting new brake shoes on a leaking wheel shaft. It will be all screwed up in a short time.. Grease and oil dont go well with brake shoes.. I wouldn't do a job like that..

You missed the part about that being what the customer wanted.
