I'm glad that you only record one side during the transformations. A lot of reviewers don't do that and it gets really tedious.
Yep, there's something to be said for editing and conciseness.
Jake T but sometimes the figures have assymmetrical form. E.g. Planet X Vulcun legs that needs to show both side(he did on different video though)

I was stuck in a wheelchair for a year or so after I had the L5-S1 rupture happened until after the fusion surgery. thank God for modern medicine, still have pain to this day (over 10 years later) and only just enough power in my left leg to now walk without a cane (still not always easy)! I pray you can be healed, I know the dispair that comes with the loss of mobility and encourage you to hang in as best you can and lean on anyone you can. God willing this will be a mear speed bump...

Great review. Missed a section in the nose cone in flight mode. The head canon has several hinges and can be pulled all the way out.
Rick W yeah i noticed that too! some Japanese guy reviewed it & i saw that the head canon could be pulled further out + the nose tip section could be folded out

Ben, you forgot to fold out the other part of the nose of the Nemesis-Mode. There's a door under the smaller part as well. so in other words, there's two panels under the cockpit.
Frank O'Rourke so there's a small compartment in the nemesis mode to store things in it?

IM sorry to hear about your leg and health problems. I was wondering where you had been lately. Im jealous you got both parts already. I guess I should have waited for part B. They should have shipped them at the same time. Now I have to wait until at least this weekend to get part b so I can review it myself. Has anyone else managed to stab and or scratch themselves on this thing? And 100% hate the instructions.

I actually will occasionally put mine in city mode, especially paired with Maketoys Pandinus in temple/refinery mode they actually may look like related structures in Megatron's palace in my headcannon for Kaon.

draconious380 aye it's weird that both Pandinus & Apocalypse look similar in their base modes! & so does Master Made Destruction Scorpion base mode
Yep, I think its because its hard to do a whole lot with the tail and both companies arrived at the same solution (especially if the rumor that Pandinus started as Trypticon is true)

Demetrios W no, generations metroplex is great, but I want a foc metroplex, like one that is as game accurate as a toy can be, the generations one wasn't supposed to be the foc one but a mix of the titan from the generations

oh no ben! what happened to your leg? diabetic here with neuropathy and also previous back injuries that affected the nerves of my left side...but i can still use everything mostly ...just dulled sensations and numbness...but still useable...anyway, yeah hope you get well and curious to know what happened, if you'd be open to sharing

Sooo expensive for such a great figure. Wish I could get him though, getting both pieces just to form one.
Just weird though, how you get to sets just for 1 figure, never did that for Omega Supreme, so it's just odd to do that for Trypticon.
Trypticon in his Nemesis form looks bulky but awesome.
bruh i know im late but the yellow "gun" cover on the top of trypticons head is not supposed to be straight up nor do i think it ever was/has been like that

Sucks about the arms in robot dinosaur mode...all that money they want for both parts and crap like that happens? Wow.
A nightmare to transform? I don't think anything from War For/Fall of Cybertron was easy apart from Megatron, Shockwave, & the Seekers. (The FoC Soundwave mold was more annoying than difficult)
Lackluster instructions? So Planet X pulled a Hasbro...

i want those extra lights -_-, trypticon itself is cool and all but the price, the size and the fact it is divided into 2 sets puts me off, also it would be way too expensive to get , and it is still not in scale with anything -_-, so they could have made him a tad smaller, so yeah, i just want the lights
FPrimusUnicron just remember...Fans Toys Terminus Giganticus(G1 Omega) is also huge in 2 parts & expensive! + Apocalypse prob scales with CW Devastator & like Ben said...it prob scales more with Utopia

He looks pretty fantastic, but I think the upcoming Titans Return Trypicon is going to completely dwarf him in all his hollowed plastic glory. While I'd prefer this guy, I'm pretty sure the Hasbro one is about as far as my budget can justify.
Adam Luther The only hollow parts it has are it's bottom feet. The rest is covered and solid for the Hasbro version.
Intimidator The Hasbro version? Planet X is almost never hollow, but for Hasbro, hollow has become SOP.
Yeah if you look at the pics,TR Trypticon does not have any obvious hollow parts shown on him. Also the economy's not as strong as it used to be and that retailers are keeping count on how many parts a figure has so Hasbro has to make sure they take their items by making sure they keep it as low as they reasonably manage without going too far.
kaijuguy19 i generally assumed he'd be much like Metroplex, Devy, and Fort Max and be especially empty on the inside so Hasbro could maximize profits as usual.
