- This is my first EVER video - the tale of how I found a Shiny Deoxys after 1650 SRs using the custom e-Reader event imablisy made for Ruby and Sapphire!! What a journey, and what an AWESOME shiny. I can't wait to make more fun content and share it with y'all! :)

The thing I love about Absol’s videos isn’t so much the pokemon aspect, it’s the way you can feel his passion and his love for the games through the videos that he makes, I think that you capture the same energy and your passion/love for pokemon is so enjoyable to watch, It’s crazy that you’re able to achieve that in your first video and i’m so excited to be along for the ride

It's possible that Rayquaza is actually the Pokemon World's first line of defense against extraterrestrial threats. It's territory is the Ozone Layer, and it's naturally protective of it's space, so it only makes sense that it would take offense to some dangerous off-world creature crashing through it's home and doing who knows what on the planet below.

I used to have the pokémon deoxys movie on dvd and rewatched it all the time. Unfortunately i guess i must have taken it to the charity shop at some point. Very interesting pokémon

I love everything about this video. As a 28 years old, sometimes life gets a little bit difficult, but I’ll never forget all the memories and excitement that Pokemon gave me, especially in the first 4-5 gens. I keep playing of course, but the sense of discovery, adventure and mystery around those games in that specific point on my life (6 to 12 years old or so) is one of the truest forms of emotion I have experienced. Your video recalled all that. I remember getting my Deoxys in an official Nintendo event. Here in Spain, those events used to be held in beaches all over the country. I remember going up to Gijón Beach to get Deoxys in Fire Red with my mom, my friends and their mom, and being completely blown away by the puzzle in the island. A couple of years later I came back to the beach events with my mom (shoutout to her 🩵) to get a Mew. Truly precious memories.

I hunted for Shiny Deoxys in my Leaf Green version a few years back. Got it insanely quickly in less than 1000 encounters. I know have it in my Pokémon home. It was my first full odds hunt on my favorite Pokémon done completely legitimately and I am still so proud of it

I’ll also share the story of my first shiny: I was playing Pokemon Ruby and messing around on Route 113 trying to collect more ash to get all the flutes. A shiny Spinda popped up, and I had zero clue what was wrong with it. I decided to RUN AWAY FROM IT because I thought it might have been a glitch and I was too scared to lose my save file.

Cool video!! Congrats on the shiny Deoxys! I learned about Blisy back in BDSP via Papa Jefe and his RNG manipulation tutorials, and he mentioned Blisy as another big RNG manipulation resource especially for past games. I only have a copy of Fire Red for my Gen 3 experiences so I had to use a lame event injector for my Mystic Ticket/Aurora Ticket, but by using Blisy’s backlog of old Fire Red RNG videos, I was able to find my own shiny Deoxys too! And i did it 4 times so I could have 4 different ball types & IV spreads for each form 😅 only 2 fails out of 6 shinies encountered, not bad 🤩
