Legitimate point re launches, but I have noticed you've also expanded your offers to DAMAC among others, including in locations that aren't top-tier locations. It's called evolution and its a way of the world, so whats the issue? Initial days you had mentioned you had serious issues with developers like Sobha as they dont have 18-hole golf courses, but they have evolved right? They have improved just like you and now you've invested in Siniya Island.
I agree and I can't be rigid.. I have to accept when developers and evolving to the demand of the market.. Developers like Sobha and Ellington have to be brought to light for the quality that they instill into the property..
Has Damac really started working on their product quality ? Honest answer required. Everyone and everywhere we see negative reviews about damac but i have noticed that you have recently started to support its projects like for example riverside. So what exactly has changed ? Plus shiporji is not contractor for all the projects of damac but just few

The quality is disappointing. The developers who work on this aspect will have continuous growth in stock value. You can cheat consumers only for so long..
