Hi, just to let you know that within the rule book it states that you can only use one play a card action per turn (or however many are within your location)
You did great explaining this man! As someone new to board games and due to no fault of your own, this game seems soooo complicated. I'll save it for when wifey and I have a little more experience lol.
@@emilyadah6643 Every one has their own objectives all at once within their own decks and from whats happening around them. So it depends on who youre playing as.
Does anyone have any thoughts on if Thanos's minions go to the discard pile after a vanquish action? Ebony Maw's description implies they must be discarded but this makes Thanos almost impossible to play....
For individual fate cards, if it has a symbol at the bottom that aligns with a certain villain (outside of events), does it have to go to that villain, or can it be placed on another person?
Very helpful video. I did take issue with you question the part of the fandom who haven't read the comics. Marvel is a huge franchise, if you havent read the comics you still have plenty of media to be a fan of. The stories may have started with the comics but they arent the only place to find them and they have not ended there. There are films, tv shows and games that you can learn tonnes about the marvel universe through watching and playing. I dont think you meant to isolate those fans who havent read the comics as that would be incredibly snobb
There is 5 villain's in the Marvel Box Also for those who have the Disney box and expansion sets. This game is not interchangeable with Disney's villains. As Marvel plays with all the fate decks combined to one deck and has additional event cards. Also he says to combine the tokens. We found that not to be helpful because they are used separately and took time to locate the token needed in the big pot.. also for Thanos. Read his card and the instructions because he must do battle initially to obtain his stone... this tutorial shows the similarities to the Disney predecessor game is that each villain has their own agenda, and card domains are pretty straightforward. However this version allows the villains to work together to stop another villain or event. Which. Takes the villainous franchise to a whole new level.
Your clear instruction and use of visuals is an asset. Good job, keep it up.
I love this. I have all of the Disney ones so it’s cool to see what’s different and similar between those and Marvel. Thank you :)
Thanks way easier to understand than the 24 min one they put out
Great Video. It greatly helped me and my siblings get an understanding of how to play the game.

OHHH thanks soo much at laast someone who is explaining it well enough :)
What are the strength tokens for?
Dude! Very nice video! Very impressed. Cant wait to see more fast rule rundowns.
Which Villainous game do you fancy the most??
Yes, but what is the objective? How do you win?

When we land on a location with the Activate action. We can only activate one card right at a time, correct?
Excellent video bro! Heading out to buy this now!
Can you please do the regular villainous game (green box) thanks
They're very similar. The only difference is that in Disney the fate deck is specific for every character and moving things is specifically adjacent
i think he meant regular marvel villain game in the green box cuz there was one

Great instructions! However, I might be stupid, but did you mention win conditions? I have no idea who wins and how... :D

No, they can be presented to any villian HOWEVER, they are most effective against that specific villian.

How do you win or end the game?
Very good
Is this not available in 5 player?
No. It’s only up to 4
There are expansions. They just released a new one. So now I believe it’s up to 7-8 players.

How do the other players get the infinity stones so that thanos can take it
There is a special Infinity Stone card that gives them a stone
Took us 30 minutes to figure out how to get the domain
Kind of presumptuous to assume you can only be a marvel fan if you read the comics...fans of the movies would also enjoy this game.
Time stamps 🤦🏻♂️. Jumping all around the reference card instead of going down or left to right. 👎🏻
What????
