Well done!! You are so inspiring. Great video, feel so proud of you and will subscribe to watch your journey. Thank you for sharing this, I'm sure I'm not alone in saying it shows the rest of us that you can do this stuff on your own. All the best x
You inspire me!! Thank you for doing these videos. I'm about to start my Transit conversion and everyone thinks I am crazy because I am not going to hire a man to do it for me.
So glad I found your channel. I’m starting on an rv renovation project in two weeks and I’m going to be moving into it while I’m renovating. Going a bit mad, I’m afraid.
Oh... I understand the feeling about the table, sooo beautiful! Thank for showing your process, I'm sure it will help when I build my own. On to the next video!
@@skoliv ahh have fun with building you dream Van even if its in your mind for now 💛 I had been looking into Vanlife about 1,5 years before i bought Sophie a year ago. I loved the process of watching videos and looking for what it was i would want 💚
@@sayyestonewvanventures of course I didn’t think you’d see this with the vid being older! But thank you for inspiring me!!! I have a quick question I’m looking to get a van and convert it too, do you have any recommendations for someone 6ft+ would your type of van be comfortable for someone that tall?
Hi! My van isn't that wide. Even me being 1,67cm high sometimes have to go a bit diagonal to fit laying flat in this bed. If you could make a slide out bed going over your benches you could fit in the length of the Van and that would be more comfortable. If you make a long bed that doesn't move there isn't that much space left and i would choose a longer version. I believe my Van is length 2 height 2. My bed is 140cm wide, so taking 60 cm or more extra would take up a lot of space. Have fun finding your perfect fit and building it out! It is so rewarding!! ❤️
Hi! I used two wooden blocks stacked on top of each other screwed into the floor and than i screwed through the kabinets into those. My thought was incase the Van would ever get into an accident and flip or tilt.(hopefully never ofcourse) they wouldn't move as easy than with just plastic legs standing on the floor.
Hi Arianne, for now i used magnets upto 6 kg. Because the drawers are facing back to front i don't have to worry about hard breaking for them to open, only when i am going up a hill.
Hey Kim, I really love your videos! 🥰They are a good inspiration for my van! I have a question, maybe I just missed the video... How did you change the wall behind the kitchen? I like to do this too. Thanks!

Easier way to figure sink. Tightly tape paper over top of sink. Use exactly knife to cut out the inside. Transfer onto countertop.
Thank you!
You’re so fucking smart I love you

Bad Ass❣️❣️❣️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🔥🔥🔥
Hi Kim. What do you use as legs for your kitchen? The legs sold at Ikea doesn't seem sturdy enough for the van.

Hi Kim, what kind of locking are you using for the drawers? To prevent them going in and out while driving, I mean.

Hi Jolin, thank you! I don't think i mentioned this in a video. Next sunday i will make sure to talk about it in the video!
@@sayyestonewvanventures super! I'm looking forward to the new videos! 🥰
Hi! At the end of my ceiling video, i talk about the partician wall. Let me know if it answered your question.
where do i buy campervan equipment?
Hi! I got it from a ocal hardware store most of the time or online. What are you looking for?
@@sayyestonewvanventures I need to assemble a small and simple camper van, a sink with a stove and a bed
@@sayyestonewvanventures Do you have the addresses or websites where to buy the equipment?
Are you in the Netherlands? My kitchen is from Ikea and they also sell bedslats. Other then that i got my wood from de bouwhof in Zoetermeer
Great work, maybe shorten the videos, a bit long (cutting, etc).
👍
