    Thanks for this great video! I try to start my day with small things im grateful for and it has helped when im in a spiral of anxiety and negativity, to try to find one thing that is going right. That one thing sometimes leads to another etc so it helps to distract from the spiral.

    All that I have in life is here, right now. My problems are all solvable, IF I listen to my thoughts and give myself a little time to let the solutions emerge.

    Getting a chance to look ahead a the chance to change and not getting stuck in past history and mistakes we might have made. When those around us remind us of past mistakes, try to stay positive and don't let it get you. Stay positive.

    What is your PhD in? I think if you had PhD to your UA-cam name it will help reach more people.

      Good point Kathleen... I'm a clinical psychologist, so that is what the PhD is in :)
