- Florida has been good to BoostedBoiz so far this year! After doing a massive wheel-stand a few weeks ago, Kyle decided to take a little power of the car, and see if they could chase down a new personal best 1/4 mile at FL2K20. We're not going to spoil the E.T..but we will say that he took home a new best time with EASE. Now it's time to ease up on the limiters, add the power back, and take home that MR2 1/4 mile record!

Awesome video! glad you guys could be there for the first 8 second pass! We took the car back just a few days later without changing a thing and backed up the 8 second pass with 2 more! New pb of 8.78 @166 which currently makes it the second fastest in the world.
Dial in your launch with weight and gyros, maybe even get that 166mph air into your intakes and you be in sevens. Your doing awesome dude.

I am really surprised that the record counts. I mean I understand if it was running the engine an MR2 came with but it has an engine/transmission swap that never came with the car. Is the record just for the chassis?

some will never accept this car as the fastest because it don't have the Toyota motor were as the car in the UK that holds the record does run a Toyota motor, but if boostedbois ever get all the problems sorted on this car it will almost certainly take the record

The move to Florida is going to be a huge push for him. He is talented can do the work and seems the faster he gets the more comfortable he is. He will be turning heads of the pro leagues. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in late model or even in a motocross.
